How can I reinstall an uninstalled program in Creative Cloud?

When I opened up Flash CS6 for the first time, I got an error message saying that it didn't install correctly and I should reinstall it. I did so, using the utility in the Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers folder, however the AAM still says its installed. I saw in Adobe support that this was a bug that Adobe was aware of. In the meantime, though, how do I reinstall Flash?

Run the Cleaner Tool

    To check for activation you need to go to all the machines in which you have installed CC apps, launch any of the CC software, go to help and you will see the email address mentioned by which you are logged in to that machine.

    I suspect that the issue is that Adobe likely doesn't issue Adobe IDs to children under 13, because of COPPA.  Given the nature of Adobe's products, the potential legitimate userbase of under-13s is small, and the compliance costs could be very high.  Bear in mind that a kid under 13 can't legally sign up for a Facebook account, with or without parental permission, either, because FB doesn't want the liability for compliance if it knowingly signed up under-13-year-olds.

  • How can i unsuscribe of a plan on Creative Cloud?

    Hi!
    Last month i bought this plan "Creative Cloud subscription - Edition for Students and Teachers (one year)", but when i installed the programs, they were only for a few days, like a free trial. I don´t know why, because i got this subscription on my profile. So today, March 17, i bought again the plan, and now it works.
    The problem is that on my profile appears that i have 2 times the same plan, and Adobe is going to charge on my credit card two times, for each plan. How can i unsuscribe for one of them? I tried everything, but the chat is never allowed and the phone number doesn´t exist.
    Please help me with this! I will appreciate very much!

  • How can I make the font bigger in Creative Cloud?

    Since I saw no other posts come up in the search, I need to know if I can make the Creative Cloud app itself have a bigger font.  I finally found where someone had shown how to do it for Photoshop.  (This is due to the fact I am on a Toshiba laptop with an Ultra 4K screen, resolution at 3840 x 2160.)  Basically I can barely read any of the app names to know what is available to install.

  • Why can't I download any programs through creative cloud?

    I'm trying to download Dreamweaver fro a class and other programs but when I try to download them through creative cloud it's not responding. Creative cloud opens up but then there is a white blank screen and I'm unable to download anything. What do I need to do so creative cloud can start working again?

  • How can I access Edge Inspect from my Creative Cloud account?

    In the Edge FAQ it is stated, that all Edge apps are available for free (with certain restrictions). It is also said that those free versions are not limited to a certain timeframe, but I need a free Creative Cloud subscription to access them.
    Edge Inspect doesn't appear in my apps tab though. And I cannot activate a free Creative Cloud subscription either, because that is limited to 30 days.
    My question is, if I can use the free version of Edge Inspect. If yes, how? If no, why is there a free version that no one can use for free, only evaluate for 30 days?

  • How can i change the mail of my creative cloud

    every time i open the creative cloud  to download other apps another mail that does not work appears and it gives me no options but to send a mail to verify the account however the mail they send it to is not my mail so how do i change it???

    Hi Daniela,
    I would make sure you have the correct email on Adobe.com first. You can change it using the process here if needed: Adobe ID, sign in, and account help
    You could also create a new Adobe ID with the correct email address if needed. Once you have the correct email set on Adobe.com you should be able to complete the verification process.
    You can sign out of the currently used email address in the Creative Cloud app from its preferences Gear icon in the top right > Preferences > Account section
    Solution 5 (with the app closed will also reset it) App doesn't open | Progress wheel spins continually
    and on relaunch  you should be prompted to re-enter it

    I have purchased the creative cloud teacher & student edition but need the use of distiller and the ability to combine multiple pages in acrobat. Is this available or do i need to purchase the program seperate?

    If you downloaded Acrobat from the Apps page of the Creative Cloud https://creative.adobe.com/apps then you have the full version of Acrobat. I have found the "rotation of pages" and "merge pages into 1 document" features. I do not know about the "insert/extract pages" feature but they will in the Acrobat forum here http://forums.adobe.com/community/acrobat.
    "Rotation of pages" is available from the Acrobat menu View > Rotate View:

    I want the apps in English because I am learning everything with online tutorials and stuff like that, I dont have a class that teaches after effects or illustrator, and most online tutorials are English. I am just don't want to have any translation problems when I am watching or reading an English tutorial while working in a German app... And I think it is a good way to improve my English-Vocabulary if I use it more often, I have nearly every Software on my laptop in English, it helps if I have any troubles because the chance that google finds something useful is waaay higher.
