How can I reinstall CS6 on my computer?

I have a DELL XPS 2710 operating Windows 8. I had to reinstall all the programs from my original PC. ADOBE CS6 was one of these programs that must be reintalled.

No, I did not reformat the disk because the Dell crashed. DELL support got it working without reformatting, but my CS6 was not installed.

My computer has been laggy and super sluggish for some time. Found that it was due to a program that my father had used on it called Carbonite before he gave the cpu to me. Went to the ends of the earth to delete it, couldn't, so decided to erase my harddrives and just reinstall OSX back onto it.
However, when i would reboot and do the command - R thing after the computer would chime and try to erase everything on my harddrives it was saying that it couldn't unmount. (It was hard drive called hitachi with a bunch of random numbers and letters after it with a partitioned harddrive underneath it, that was my Macintosh HD). looked up some stuff on the forums, found some other people having similar problems, so i tried what they did. (sudo mdutil -a -i off). Went back to disk utilities after another reboot and tried to erase it, no luck. Went into the partitioned Macintosh HD and tried that and it deleted everything. Figuring everything was cool i did the terminal command (sudo mdutil -a -i on) . I tried to reinstall Mavericks from this main menu, (THIS IS WHERE THE BIG PROBLEM IS!) and it says that it is temporarily unavailable.
I don't know if that is because of anything i did before, i have the cpu connected to the internet fine, i have it plugged in. Do you know of why it would say this? is there any way to get around this?
CPU - Macbookpro 2009 17 inches 8gb of memory, don't know mnuch else about it. storage - 320 GB available right now, it is basically blank. Currently running OSX 10.9 - Mavericks

You have not specified which version of Premiere Pro was given to you. If you don't have the disc (which i suppose you don't have) you will have to download it online.
As far as your registration is concerned, for Premiere Pro CS6 or earlier you will have to reach Adobe chat support for further help: http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
For Premiere Pro CC and later, you will not have much problems reactivating it.

I bought the creative suite 6 and acrobat X never worked properly and now it is gone from my computer, how do I reinstall it to my computer?
I HAVE followed these steps but seeing as Acrobat X is not on my computer the last step is not possible.
1.Launch another CS6 application, such as Photoshop.
2.Choose Help > Deactivate.
3.Follow the onscreen prompts to deactivate.
4.Close the application.
5.Launch the same CS6 Suite product again.
6.EULA comes up. Accept.
7.Sign in with your Adobe ID to register trial. Quit and re-launch application.
8.Trial dialog comes up. Click on License this Software button in this dialog.
9.Sign-in with your Adobe ID to register.
10.Provide CS6 Serial number next. Click Next.
11.Quit application.
12.Now Launch Acrobat X

You are allowed to have two machines with activated installations, so if you only had one installation, you still have the option to install on a second without doing anything further than that. If you originally downloaded the purchase thru Adobe then you might find a download link available in your Adobe account online. Reinstalling Mavericks depends on several factors:
if you erased your recovery partition
what OS originally came on your Mac.
I'll assume you don't have a backup available that you made before your mishap, because you didn't mention it.
That's really the take home message here: have a backup!
If you still have your recovery partition:
boot into the recovery partition (command R at restart)
use the recovery partition to reinstall Mavericks. see: OS X: About OS X Recovery
if you do not still have your recovery partition, then it depends on whether your Mac originally came with installer disks or not.
If it originally came with installer disks, you would boot from the installer disks, erase your HD, and then reinstall the OS that is on the installer disks, and then upgrade as necessary until you get to Mavericks.
If your mac did not originally come with installer disks, but you managed to erase your recovery partition, then you can try to boot into internet recovery (option-command-R at restart), and use internet recovery to erase your HD and reinstall the OS that originally came with your computer, and then upgrade to Mavericks if you need to. I purchased a new retina Macbook pro and want to reinstall Logic Audio Pro 9. I do not have my original discs. I can still access the program on the original Macbook to deauthorize if necessary.
But how can I reinstall wihtout the discs?

You can't sign in because there is nothing to sign in to. For PSE 10 the only sign in was to photoshop.com, which has been dead and gone for a year and half. Just skip the sign in. Reinstalling will not change this.

TextEdit is not available to download on the App Store & Mac OS 10.5 cannot access that anyway!
Tex-edit-plus is not the same app and Softonic have a bad reputation as seventy one mentioned, avoid it at all costs.
Text Wrangler – whilst it is a nice 'plain text editor' for editing 'code' files it will not open & save Word documents correctly, I'm not sure it handles RTF either? It is not the same as TextEdit.
The options I see you having are…
Recover it from a backup (let me guess - you don't have any?).
Extract it from the original OS installation media, Pacifist can help do this, but you will need to dig into packages to find it.
Install OS X onto a spare disk & copy that over.
Reinstall OS X over the top of your current install, causing the original applications to be re-written
It has been so long since I installed 10.5 I cannot remember if there was a 'reinstall OS X' option so it is possible that number 4 is NOT AN OPTION. If you attempt this & don't have a full bootable backup you risk losing everything.
Option 2 is the safest,
Insert your Install DVD, try opening the following location (the 10.5 install DVD has an 'Essentials.pkg' that appears to contain TextEdit). This is hidden on the disk inside the following folders…
Mac OS Install DVD/System/Installation/Packages/Essentials.pkg
Open that .pkg in Pacifist. It will create the layout that mirrors an installation, dig into 'Contents of Essentials.pkg' /Applications and you should find TextEdit.app. Try extracting that to a new location.
My terms may be incorrect since I used a newer version of Pacifist to check, but the general principle should be the same.
If you don't have the install DVD/ CD, frankly all hope is lost, go and buy one from Amazon or Ebay.
Now would also be a good time to learn how important backups are. Make one & keep it up to date, Carbon Copy Cloner will do that for you on 10.5.
