If you reinstall Lion on a new Mac that shipped with OS X Lion installed, on an erased or replaced hard drive, you can download iPhoto, iMovie, and GarageBand from the Mac App Store.
After installation, start from Lion.
Double-click the App Store icon in the dock.
Enter your Apple ID and password.
Click Purchases.
If you haven't previously accepted your bundled iLife applications within the Mac App Store, you should see your iLife applications appear in the Accept portion of the screen. Click Accept.
You may be asked for your Apple ID and password once again. Your iLife applications now move to the Purchased section. These applications are part of the software that came with your Lion based computer. Your account will not be charged for them. Click Install to compete installation of your applications.

1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
   2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
      *Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
   3. Click the Erase tab.
   4. Click the disclosure triangle to the left of the hard drive icon to display the names of your hard disk volumes and partitions.
   5. Select your Mac OS X volume.
   6. Highlight the drive, select Partition Tab, then Format type... MacOS Extended Journalled, select the Security Options button, choose Zero Out Data, Erase... after completion do a new install.

Open System Preferences>Accounts, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.
In the same pref pane highlight your old account, click the little minus icon, then use Disk Utility to Secure Erase Free Space.

So I purchased Creative Cloud on September last year and never got it to actually work do I just sent it to trash along with all the other creative cloud folders I could find on Finder. If you can't remember the security questions or the pass code (if you have set up 2 step verification), then your options are your rescue address or in some circumstances a call to Apple, but unless they are able to provide Apple some evidence the account is theirs (which is far from the case so far) Apple won't do anything.

It should be able to be used, even if the OP has forgotten the password to that account as well as their password to the Apple ID and all the security questions which are questions about them, there is no reason they shouldn't be able to reset their hotmail address receive the reset mail from Apple and unlock their account.

Your 3G backup contains your contacts already, you don't need to sync them to Outlook or anything just restore the backup file from the 3G onto the 4S and you should be good to go.
