How can I remove a layout created by a plugin I don't have/can't get?

I was sent some files by an associate who uses InDesign CS3 (Mac version) that I've been working on in InDesign CS4 (PC version).
When I first opened the file, a box popped up that said the document was created with a plugin named "BmediaLayout.InDesignPlugin", that I don't have, and it asked if I wanted to open the file anyway?
I replied yes and was able to work on the file without problem. I saved it with a new name, but later, when I went to reopen it (you know, like...after dinner) I received the same error message - that I didn'thave the plugin, did I still want to open it.
I kept working with the file, made more revisions, I've exported it as a PDF, etc. with no trouble, but today, when I tried to add the indd file to a Book (in preparation for creating an epub version of the document), I got another error message that says I can't add the book because I don't have the "BmediaLayout" plugin.
So...how can I get eradicate the effects of this plugin?
I thought maybe I could download and install it, but I can't find it on any search of the Adobe site.
Is there a way to find it in the document and remove it? Sort of a seek and destroy mission or exorcism?
I have no experience with plugins whatsoever. I'm a basic "whatever came with the program is what I'll use" type of end user. I just don't have the time to experiment with cool options...
I'll appreciate any suggestions.

After a little Googling, it looks like B.Media is a content management system from Wave Corporation used for making catalogs. Doubtful you'd be able to license it at less than an enterprise level.

You won't be able to delted the existing account without the password. If you don't know it, you'll have to reset it as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2617. 1, you can't at the moment, though with iOS 5 in the Autumn, from http://www.apple.com/ios/ios5/features.html#photos :

2, by removing it from you synced from and re-syncing. Only photos taken with the iPad, copied to it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites etc can be deleted directly on the iPad (either via the trashcan icon in the top right corner if viewing the photo in full screen, or via the icon of the box with the arrow coming out of it in thumbnail view)
3, the location of the photos that you synced to the iPad should be listed on the iPad's Photos tab when connected to your computer's iTunes.
4, you can copy the photos from your iPad to your computer : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 . You should also be able to delete them from the iPad as part of the transfer process to your computer, and it's then your choice whether to add them to your sync photo list so as to copy them back to the iPad. Copying them to your computer would allow you to organise them into folders and therefore be able to sync them back into separate albums.
5, I don't use Dropbox either. There are some third-party browser apps in the iTunes App Store that allow you to download pages so that you can view them when offline e.g. Atomic Web (the whole page is saved within Atomic Web, it doesn't place a photo into the Photos app)
6, deleting content should help. If you remove an app from your iPad then you also remove the content that it's got on the iPad - so if you then decide to reinstall it back onto the iPad then you will need to manually add back any content that you want in it. None of the Apple built-in apps (including Photos) can be removed from the iPad

You will just sync to the new computer. Keep in mind:

Syncing photos with your device will create an iPod photo cache.
Syncing photos can only happen from one computer or user account at a time. Syncing photos with a different computer or user replaces the photos on the device.
You can't reimport pictures synced from your computer to your device back to your computer. You can only import pictures in the Camera Roll or Saved Photos from your device to your computer. If you need to retrieve synced photos from your device:
Email them from the device to yourself.
Copy them from the emails to your computer.
On iPhone and iPod touch using iOS 5 and iOS 6, all synced photos will appear in a unified category called photo library. Photos are not duplicated; this is a way to view all synced albums in one place. You can also tap a specific album beneath photo library to view individual albums.

iPhoto on the iPad can be used to make photo books, but not calendars. It is a very different program from the Mac version of iPhoto. I hope you have access to a mac to create your christmas calendar.

Search the AppStore for "Foto Calendar". I have not tried any of these apps, but there are quite a few, that claim to be able to create an "Awesome foto calendar"

I always do my Rentals with the itunes program on the computer.
Make rental from itunes store. It will show in movies under library, DO NOT click to play it. Plug in the device to the computer. Click the name of the device on left. Click on movies. There is an option to copy to the device. Sync. obviously you still need space on ipad to put rental but you can have it take computers hard drive space until you need it.
