How can I remove an "automatic" reply-to function on Apple Mail?

Hi,
I run three different e-mail accounts off of Apple Mail. Two are for business, and one is personal. I am not sure when/how this occurred, but for any e-mail I send the recipient gets a "reply-to" my personal account.
I have tried various methods to remove this, even if I manually input a different reply-to address, or remove the window all together, all my recipients get a reply-to my personal e-mail address. I did not realize this was happening for a very long time, as only my recipients saw the reply-to address. I am assuming I inadvertently did something with a script, automater, etc.
If anybody knows why this is happening, or how I can stop it - I would be very grateful.

When in Mail you select New Message you get a drop down menu, just above the message pane, where you select what account the email is to be sent from.

This happens when you are using the same Apple ID for iMessage. To fix this you have two choices:
On all but one of the phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID. Note: you can still share the same ID for purchasing in Settings>iTunes & App Stores; or
On all of the phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and uncheck the email address(es) shown under "You can be reached by iMessage at". Also uncheck anyone else's phone number, if present.

The devices linked to your Apple ID have absolutely nothing to do with the 5 computer limit that is causing the issue.
Devices like iPhones, iPads, iPods do not count towards the 5 computer limit.
Simply deauthorize the computers that you no longer use or if you no longer have access to them, deauthorize all and authorize only the computers you have that actually need access to the content.

How can I import my Google Contacts to use with Apple Mail?

Google's GMail user interface has become impossible to use. Its most important and useful features are either hidden or have been removed. I want to change to use Apple Mail to retrieve email from my Google account, to answer that email, and to compose new messages.
To compose new messages, I need to be able to use my Google Contacts (created one by one as I've used GMail in the past). I could either "set things up" so that Mail would access my Google Contacts or I could import my Google Contacts to a Mail address book. How do I accomplish one or the other?

There are a couple of methods for accomplishing this goal. First, you could always export your Google contacts in vCard format and then import them into Contacts on your computer:

The other option is to set your Google contacts to automatically sync with your Contacts app on your computer:

Contacts can manage your contact information from other accounts, such as Facebook and Google. Just add those accounts (choose Contacts > Add Account), and you’ll have access to all your current contact information from anywhere.

How can I change the color of individual folders in Apple Mail?

I would like to do to my mail folders what I do for my regular document folders -- highlight them in a color to set them off from one another. It's a great and helpful feature to be able to do this with regular folders on my hard drive (in my documents section). How can I do this with mailbox folders in Mail?
Every time I do a search on the web from people I usually end up getting seduced by people with GTD tricks and codes for making the mailboxes work better. And in the end, the tricks don't seem to work out for me, which makes me want to go back and just make certain mailboxes stand out from others. Is there such a way?

Most of us just use names for the folders which seems to work fine unless you're not alphabetically inclined.
It really doesn't make much difference who else may want a feature like that, it still isn't going to magically appear. If you wish to submit it as a feature request you can do so here: Feedback.
There aqre third-party programs that may provide a similar function although not colors: DockStar and Mail Badger.

How can I remove silence automatically?

I've been using Audacity for a while to edit a podcast. The file length is usually around 30 mins to an hour. There's a nice tool there that trunticates silence longer than whatever you specify, however my mp3's always sound kind of garbled when I use it. I got CS4 through school mainly for the video editors, but I figured I'd use Soundbooth since I have it to edit the podcast. Is there no way to automatically delete any silence that is longer than say 300 ms?

I wish there was. I edit news broadcast recordings around 30 min each and have to go through them, deleting long pauses, and commercials and crosstalk if it's irrelevant.
So far I haven't found a way to do it other than manually.

I purchased a Macbook Pro, 13-inch, Mid 2012, running OS X 10.9 (13A603) used on Amazon. I neglected to reset the computer upon recieving so now I am stuck with somewhat of a quagmire. I don't want to reset the computer now since I have installed most of the programs I will need for my day to day functions not to mention all my media that I was able to convert from my old PC. There is an issue I am having with the App Store trying to update "Angry Birds" but it will not continue with the update because I am entering the wrong User ID for the download. Is there anyway I can just delete this application from the update area? I noticed that when I went to download Mavericks there were updates available for applications that were already installed on the Macbook so I simply deleted the previous versions on the Macbook and downloaded the recent updates under my Apple ID. I would do this for the Angry Birds application but this would require me to purchase it when I do not want this game on my computer... Does anyone have any advice to solve my situation?

How can I remove the greyed/phantom U2 songs that Apple put on my iTunes?

This is bothering me quite a bit. Ever since Apple intrusively put the latest U2 album on everyones device, for me, it lead from one problem to another. First I managed to remove the files from my device but now I have a problem where a few songs are just sitting in my iTunes database as phantom files. It is more annoying to see these files also being reflected on my iOS devices. If I do a shuffle play, the audio just shuts off when it comes to this file.
Does anyone have any input on this?

Click Remove Album to confirm you'd like to remove the album from your account.
Sign in with the Apple ID and password you use to buy from the iTunes Store.
You'll see a confirmation message that the album has been removed from your account.
If you downloaded the songs to iTunes on your Mac or PC or to the Music app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you'll need to delete them manually.
