Yo Jim Taylor here. Would like to remove the Airplay screen instructions while Airplay plays music and my screen savers running?

Actually, i figured part of it out. When I'm playing itunes to my Apple Tv and Airport Express stations around the house, then turn on the mirroring, the itunes volume bar goes all the way to zero. I can bring it back up manually, and it will play on Apple TV, but it won't broadcast to multiple Airport Express speakers, the way it was doing before I turned on mirroring. It seems that mirroring turns off the airport express stations.

You can redownload previously purchased apps from the App Store using the same Apple ID on all your authorized Macs for free.
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.
Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Select any photos you want to share with the Apple TV using the iTunes advanced menu (using iPhoto is the better option but a folder will work). Once all the photos you want are shared, go to settings > screensaver on the Apple TV and choose which of those shared photos you want to use with your screensaver.

Drag the app icon out of the Apps folder and drop it in the Trash. If you want to make sure that you got all associated files use a deletion app such as AppCleaner.

I read your advice to uninstall an app.using AppCleaner.This seems confusing.When I check the file location to see the total package contents,the file shows considerable more MB's than when I use AppCleaner and not near as much.Using AppCleaner would mean I would be leaving a considerable amount of residual garbage.Why is the AppCleaner not cleaning everything out.If i was to delete from the file location and send it to trash,would I be deleting support files.

It seems that every time I send or receive an email, the recipient email address is saved. how do I remove these email addresses. I do not want to keep some of these addresses. I have also found that if I had typed in the email address wrong, this is saved as well and I have no way to correct the wrong address. Your help is appreciated.

Unsync and resync all of your movies from your iPod. You can do this by removing the tick mark next to Sync Movies from under the iPod's Movies configuration tab in iTunes assuming you have your iPod set up for automatic syncing.
To access this tab, plug your iPod in and click on it from under Devices in the left hand pane of iTunes. Over to the right locate the Movies tab along the top. Here you will find the options for how and what movies to sync. Hit the Apply button in the lower right hand corner to sync the updated changes to your device when you remove the retick the option to Sync Movies.

When you convert a file, it's automatically stored in your Acrobat.com online account. You can download your files by following these steps:
Log in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/files.
Select the file or files that you want to download.
Click Download at the top of the Files list. Your files will be downloaded to the Downloads folder on your computer.

I dubbed DVD's from old VHS tapes. I finalized them and can play tehm on differant DVD players, but on my IMac I can't play them. Ultimately I want to create home movies with pics, but how can I play the DVD's?

A DVD is a DVD, unless it's been authored in a non-standard way. When you insert it in your Mac, do you at least see the disk appear on the desktop? Does it have a VIDEO_TS folder in it, containing various files?
If you open DVD Player manually (from the Applications folder), does it see it and start playing? If not, try downloading VLC (free) and see if that works.

How can I get my voicemails that I receive as a .wav attachment through email to play?

My office sends my voicemails to my email as a .wav attachment. Until a couple of weeks ago, they played just fine, but now, when I tap the attachment, the media player (QuickTime) will open up, then close without playing. Help is appreciated!!

How can I reset an iPad that won't stay on. I need to clear it and start again

I had a new iPad mini retina and it worked ok for a couple of days then started turning on and off in a loop until the battery died. Even when charging it turned on and off constantly not leaving enough time to sync with iTunes or reset. Anyway apple replaced it today. I have come home. Charged it and synced with the last backup and guess what it happened again. Obviously it's something in the backup. So my question is. How can I do a major reset

I was composing a question, and when I switched out of Safari to look at something in the Finder, the incomplete message got posted as a question. I saw an "edit" button, and tried deleting all the content of the message, but now am told "You can not post a blank message. Please type your message and try again." I have a hurdle that is preventing me from completing a task.
I am trying to build a spry asset--specifically a vertical menu. When I initially built the page, I built the menu. However, the look was rejected and I was asked to re-create it. I went back, removed all references to the spry asset, and stripped the menu from the page. But when I open the page which I want to build the menu on again, it is still showing that a .css and .js file are associated, event though they aren't. And when I try to rebuild the asset, it won't add the proper .css and .js file because it thinks the files are already created.See the screenshot below to view what I'm talking about.
If anyone has an idea of how to tell Dreamweaver that those two files are no longer associated with the page, I would appreciate some help. THis is the last major hurdle before I can complete a project.

Providing you have removed all references to the js/css files, (have you removed the code at the bottom of the page?), use the spry updater to insert your new js/css.

How can i remove a name that comes up as the Home user next to the House symbol?

For some reason when the House symbol appears in any incidence on my Mac Pro lap top although it is only me that has ever used it it shows the name Sharon next to the house which isn't mine!
