How can I rename my Ipod

I recently purchased the Ipod and my friend did the same but the Name of the Ipod is just that "IPOD" and i would prefer to change it does anyone know how i can fix this?

Whoa! Quite a hard time you went through.
Yet the sollution is simple: Mark the iPod icon in the source list, pause for a second (or two ,
click on the name ("iPod" in your case, I guess)
then iTunes should allow you to type a new name. Voilà.

Next enhance interface IF_WD_WINDOW with new attributes:

It does not matter where the songs came from, they are not yours and the previous owner does not own the right to distribute them to others.

Very simple. Turn off Find my iDevice, then Tap Settings, General, Erase, Erase all content and settings.
