How can I replace all music on my iPod with the music in my iTunes Library?
My iPod Touch (5th Generation) contains all the music that I purchased on iTunes with my previous iPod. I managed to transfer all music, including those from CDs, from my old iPod onto iTunes (newest version), so I figured that I would sync my iPod to retrieve them. However, every time I sync my iPod with my music library, I get duplicates of the purchases that my iPod contains, but not of those from CDs. When I go onto the "Music" section in my iPod, no items are shown. I have all the music that I want sorted out in my iTunes Library, so I want to replace only the music on my iPod with the music in the Library. How do I do this, or at least delete the music on my iPod (but not iTunes) so I can sync the entire music library later?
Correction: The music on my iPod doesn't show up in the "Music" section in "iPod" in iTunes.

You can't do that with iTunes (except for songs you purchased from the iTunes Store). However, there are third-party methods and utilities that can transfer songs files from iPod to computer. If you do a Google search on something like "ipod transfer," you should get some links.
Once the songs files are on your computer, add them to your iTunes library. Then, you can sync your iPod to that iTunes library, as desired. -

If you are using iCloud on iPhone and Mac, that must be already done. If not, you have to setup iCloud on both devices with the same Apple ID.
Before you try anything, download an app like "Contacts kit" or "My Contacts Backup" to your iPhone and make a backup of your list and send it via email to yourself. -

Yes it's possible to sync music back from a iPod back into iTunes that (I assume) wasn't purchased on the iTunes Store.
Apple allows iTunes Store purchases on devices to be reversed back into iTunes, just not cd rips and stuff like that. For that it's a one way trip to the device from iTunes.
I likely can't suggest such software here, but if you visit iLounge you can ask what is the latest software that works for your platform.
Really it only takes a mere few minutes to backup your iTunes Library and stick in a few cd/dvd's or a external drive. iTunes even has a menu command for it to make it oh so simple. Please use it and backup all your data.
Hard drives fail, computers burn up, thieves steal, stuff gets forgotten. Plan for something happening because it will.

Regarding your broken, previously authorized computer, here's how that works:
You would authorize your new computer -- maybe you've done that already. Then you will have two computers authorized. Apple allows you to have up to five computers authorized at any time. If you get to five, you can then go to your account details in iTunes and remove all authorizations.
Bear in mind this is not saying you can synch to more tham one library. Razmee209 and gdgmacguy's comments above are correct. But if Apple only allowed you to authorize one computer at a time, then having a broken computer would mean you could no longer use your Apple ID with iTunes. -

TDIf you are using SQL-Plus or Reports you can use lexical parameters like:
SELECT * FROM emp &condition;
When you run the query it will ask for value of condition and you can enter what every you want. Here is a really fun query:
SELECT &columns FROM &tables &condition;
But if you are using Forms. Then you have to change the condition by SET_BLOCK_PROPERTY.

That is the only logical conclusion. There is an easy solution. On the Mac app store download a free app called smartconverter. It is free. You just drag and drop file into app and it will convert to any file u want. I hope that foxes your issue
