How can I reset my favoriets in icloud using pc?
I have duplicate favoriets and I want to reset them.
i didn't find a way to do it on a PC.
tried to close iCloud on my pc icloud panel (uncheck favoriets) and on my idevices, clean explorer favorites and check favoriets on the pc icloud panel aprroving the merge.
it did't help. any suggestion what else can I do?

I was blown away when I started using the new remote app with Apple tv to play music from my iMac on my best music speakers in the living room!!! However there are still 2 things required to make things ultra simple:
1 Not to have my iMac switched on to have to stream music to the Apple tv (I've now started using iTunes Match which has almost fixed this one)
2 Not have to have my TV switched on to control my amplifier through the apple tv. (I can do this using the remote app on the iphone but only for music streaming from my iMac it wont work for music I have in iCloud, apart from music now playing. I can't search/browse any other music)
If this is fixed it will be absolutely awesome!!! As my apple tv will replace all the HIFI separates apart form my amplifier and I can control what music my amp plays using the best user interface in the world my iphone/ipad
DylanHi, I don't have this bug. I can play music through my apple tv with the TV switched off and use the apple remote app to control the apple tv.
My problem involves:
icloud music ----> broadband router ----> apple tv ---->music amplifier. Using the remote app on the iphone to control whats playing. This almost works but in the remote app you can only see the currently playing song, you can't search/browse your music in the icloud (itunes match).
What does work is:
iMac-itunes music ----> apple tv ---->music amplifier controlled by the remote app in the iphone with teh tv off. I can view my itunes library with the tv off using the iphone remote app. I would like to do this but using my music in iCloud. That would be awesome!!! -

How can i reset an ipad with icloud that i dont have a password to? iOS7
My Dad bought an iPad 2 from a pawn shop and didnt check it because it was on the set up screen. When he gave it to me as a gift i went through the usial set up process but when i got to the icloud set up screen it asks for a password to someone elses account. And when i connect it to iTunes it tells me "This iPad is currently linked to an Apple ID" so i cant even acess it through itunes.
I would return the iPad but they wont take it back because they say that there is to returns on used items.
Is there anyway that i could link it to my account instead or do anything about it?
I Know that its a iPad 2, 16gb, wifi only, with iOS7. also know the serial # thats on the back if that is needed.Either the original owner didn't clear the iPad correctly or it was stolen. In either case you will not be able to set it up without the original owners Apple ID and password.

I have used Leopard & snow Leopard DVDs several times to disable the framer password utility but without any result . I have resized the Ram of the system but it was worthless . How can I reset the Framer Password by using a snow Leopard DVD Terminal . The time of boot by using Mac DVD lasts about 20 minutes . I live in a country lacks apple co. agent . Pls help , tks & regards .Did you try resetting the PRAM immediately after changing the RAM configuration, Omidsmac?
Do you know if the keyboard itself is now operating normally? If it is not then you may wish to also try using an external keyboard.

You need to use the old ID and password to delete the iCloud account. After you delete the old account, you can sign in with the new ID in iCloud.

If you are trying to activate an iPad or iPhone and it is asking for a previous owners Apple ID and password, you have encountered the Activation Lock. This is a security feature that prevents thieves from setting up and using a stolen or lost iPad or iPhone. You have no alternative. You must use the previous owner's password to get permission to use the device. If you cannot get the password your father put on the iPad you will never be able to activate the device and no one can help you do it.

Not sure what you mean by "reset" your iCloud account, but if you want to clean up other data, just delete it from the apps on your phone that are syncing with iCloud, or from icloud.com. They will be simultaneously deleted from iCloud and any devices syncing with iCloud.
Similarly, if you delete photos from your my photo stream album, they will be deleted from your photo steam and any devices connected to your photo stream. If you want to save them first, open the my photo stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos to select them, tap Edit, tap Save to Camera Roll. -
