How can I reset my iTunes ID from an old email to my new email account ID without having to close the old iTunes account?

I have 2 Apple IDs with an old iTunes ID and my newer Mac user ID. How do I close out the old one that I used to set up my iTunes account several years ago without closing my iTunes account?

The Apple Store will do this for you.
You can call Apple support and they will walk you through it.
You can type "Move itunes library from pc to mac" into the google search bar.

Select, and Copy in the Word doc and Paste in the Pages doc. It may not be perfect. Importing (Opening) the Word doc is probably better than using Copy/Paste for large amounts of content.

First, you may want to choose to have the sidebar displayed for familiarity:

Afterwards, your device should be displayed if connected:
We'll want to click on it, and choose the Music tab at the top. Let's make sure "Sync Music" is checked:
Afterwards, you'll have the option to sync either the entire music library (for your first iPod), or "Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres" (for the secondary device). Upon selecting this option, four larger option boxes will appear allowing you to pick and choose what content will be synced. For audiobooks, you may need to do the above in the "Books" section. I am facing problem while I connect to my iPad mini with MacBook Pro , it only sync photo from its taken by and from it camera roll only. It doesn't sync all the images... Like my all albums. All photos in library....

To copy photos that were originally synced from a computer you will need a third-party app such as Simple Transfer which can copy them off via your wifi network. But as photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to the iPad, any that you then copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they originally were on your computer.
You should also be able to copy albums that you've created directly on the iPad via apps such as Simple Transfer (though I haven't tried it)

You are trying to find a loophole to circumvent a basic rule that prohibits the transfer of purchased content from one Apple ID to another.
Content tied to an Apple ID are bound to that Apple ID forever. You can not merge or trade accounts. Well, not (officially) anyway...

Copy just those files. But that isn't ideal. You really want a differential system that efficiently updates the backup set with all new and updated files. See Backup your iTunes for Windows library with SyncToy for a suggested strategy.

You can activate iMessage on the old one so it can get your iMessages. The old phone will NOT recieve SMS/MMS messages sent to your number.

Have you tried exporting a 10 second section of the footage to see if the issue shows up once the seqeunce is actually exported from the timeline. I edit on CS5 with windows 7 pro at work quite often and have no issues so I assure you that isn't the issue. I also edit with AVCHD footage when at home and work quite freqeuntly as well so I'm positive that isn't the issue. It sounds like a GPU driver has been corrupted in the way it interacts with premiere pro. What type of GPU do you have? If it supports MPE's GPU acceleration have you tried turning it off and seeing if that makes any difference?
Anyways though try to export a 10 second test section of your timeline to see if when the clip is exported from premiere it will play normally in windows media player or vlc or w/e media player you want to use. If it exports fine then you can almost be positive it's a corrupted video card driver. If that's the case I'd re-install your GPU's driver and also check your gpu makers website to see if they have a updated driver avaiable.
