How can I restore the seeting in the iphone 5??? I have some problems with the audio in whatsaap and magicjack so I tried to fix it and by mistake I changed the setting in the phone and I select something wrong actived a voice program or something like that and I need to tap twice for open everything and i cant access to the full setting to fix it.... please help me!!! it's driving me crazy, the voice assistant blocks all!!!

Does your purchased rmusic appears under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) ? If they do and you don't have the cloud symbol against them so as to re-download them, then do you still have the entries for them in your library i.e. where you would normally click on them to play them ? If you do then try deleting them from there (iTunes will be seeing them and assuming that you still have them somewhere) and they should then get the cloud symbol for re-downloading in the Purchased link.

Mac OS no longer available after trying to remove Windows on Bootcamp. How can I restore Mac OS without the Mac HDD in options?
So what I did was, I had bought my iMac from a shop and asked them to do bootcamp for me. However, they installed 32 bit instead of 64. My fault, I did not make my self clear about it. So after it has been delivered to my house, I realized that I wanted the 64 bit. I tried to remove windows on bootcamp but honestly, I have not experienced this before. So I failed. I believe, I did something wrong.
So I opened the iMac and it keeps asking me to go to windows. Windows OS also corrupted.
I tried the Option Key but the only option is Windows 7 only. So using a different keyboard, I press option and it only shows Windows HDD and the Mac HDD has gone.

I can't sign-in to my iCould account from my iPhone. The account is linked to an old email address that is closed and i cant access anymore. So that means that I can't reset the password! However, I can access my iCould account from the website.

If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID and that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device. It may take a short while to remove the account.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

You re-sync them by setting up your iCloud account under Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and turning on the 'contact sync', assuming that's what you were syncing them with before. If you were not syncing them with iCloud (syncing is NOT the same as backing up), then you will have to re-sync them from whatever you were syncing them with.

How can i restore my ipod when the restore fails
I have a 32GB iPod touch, and it's been bricked over a year now. Every time I have tried to start it, it gets stuck in boot loop. I've scoured the net for ways to fix this other than the restore function. Every time I try to restore, it fails with a 1611 error code. I had tried to send it in for warranty repair when it was in warranty, and they promptly sent it back to me, accusing me of submerging it in water because the water exposure indicator was activated... and trust me, I baby my gadgets. If anything, it would have been sweat or condensation. But anyway, with ranting aside, how can I fix this? I feel like I am out of options...

How can I retrieve my photos if my iPad was scrubbed to correct a sign-on problem? The "genius" at the Apple Store suggested I erase my back up as well as my iPad apps to avoid a repeat of the problem. He DID NOT tell me all of my photos would be erased along with the apps I'd downloaded!
Help, please!If you didn't have the photos stored somewhere else, then they are gone. A 'backup' is not and should never be considered long term storage. Photos should be extracted to a computer on a regular basis as you would with any other digital camera, and the computer should be backed up as well.

We are trying to restore a disabled Iphone 3. It does not have active phone service, but is used for apps. We know the correct passcode but my son entered it wrong too many times and it disabled. I would like to restore the computer back to its original settings because it is asking me for user passwords when i go to install something and the old owner does not remember the password. First, open "System Information" app or "System Profiler", and copy "Model Identifier", and copy it here. I'm not completely sure if you have a MacBook Pro with Retina display.
Instead of reinstalling OS X, first try resetting the user password. To do it, open > About this Mac, and see "Version".
