I Stupidly have one iCloud account but with two phones using it. How can I delete iCloud from my phone without deleting the account from my husbands phone. He needs the account on his but I dont want it on mine!

You can't. Restoring from a backup is all or none.
You can use a utility such as this one to extract the messages from the backup on your computer but you can't re-transfer the messages to the Messages app on your iPhone.

Since you have two accounts, it would be best to just have Spotify close that account and have them transfer all your music to your new account. How does that sound?
