How can I retrieve pics deleted in error?

I created an album to move pictures from my Camera Roll into that album. After moving them over into the new album, I tried deleting them out of the camera roll but ended up deleting them completely. Is there any way I can retrieve them? Is there a trashbin I can retrieve them from???

Camera roll photos are stored in the iPhone backup so if the photos were on your phone when you last synced you could restore your phone to the backup to recover them provided you have not synced your phone again since losing the photos.  Note: this will revert all settings and data to those contained in the backup, not just photos.  If you want to do this, do the following:
Without connecting your phone, open iTunes on your computer and go to Preferences.  On the Devices tab check "Prevent...from syncing automatically".
Connect your phone to your computer, right-click on the name of your phone when it appears in iTunes on the left sidebar and select Restore from Backup, choose your most recent backup to restore from.
When complete, you can go back to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and re-enable automatic syncing.
