Hello. I would download the free app called HP Printer Control. This should work with your printer as it is the Officejet 4620e-all in one printer that you own. Some of the features of this app are the scanning to email using your mobile device's default email application. There are other great scanning features like interactive scan too. A full list of the app's benefits and features are listed under the description of the app along with a list of eligible printers if you have other products you would like to use it with. Go to your App Store on the iPad and search for either "HP" or specifically "HP Printer Control". Then Download and follow the instructions to register it. Is your printer a wifi printer or hard wired only? If it's a wifi printer then you might want to look into third party apps like Print n Share or Print Central which allow a version of air printing to non-air print printers.
You may also want to look on the manufacturer's site. Maybe they have a fix for you.
If your printer isn't wifi, then you will need a router to get it on a wifi network to print to it. As far as I know, there is no support for the iPad to do wired printing.

You can't. Not directly anyway. You might be able to import them to your computer and then sync them to the iPad but there is no way to transfer them over the air or by connecting the two devices with a cable.

If you are on iTunes 11 on your Mac then you may want to re-enable the left-hand sidebar via View > Show Sidebar, which might make it easier to navigate and may instructions may make more sense.
To sync photos, connect and select your iPad on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes (if you've enabled the sidebar), and on the right-hand side there should be a series of tabs, one of which should be Photos - if you select that tab you can then select which photo folders to sync to the iPad. There is a bit more info on this page. You will need to sync all the photos that you want on the iPad together in one go as only the most recent photo sync remains on the iPad - synced photos can't be deleted directly on the iPad, instead they are deleted by not including them in the next photo sync.
If you haven't enabled the sidebar, then from your library click 'iPad' at the top right of the screen and you should get a series of buttons along the top of the screen, including one for Photos

Then, once it is set up, you can upload your photos to My Photo Stream by following these directions:

The devices are not designed for transfer of that kind. Use Photo Stream as suggested by another poster, or transfer photos to your computer (a good idea anyway since they will be lost if your device needs to be reset), then use iTunes to sync them to the other devices.
