How can I see an email I've just sent?

Im running OS 10.39 mail and when I send an email, I then go to my sent view and if I want to read the email I just sent, I click on it and get this error:
The message from Steve Garman <[email protected]> concerning “Tourism minutes” has not been downloaded from the server. You need to take this account online in order to download it.
I don't know what this means, but I can't see the content of the email under any circumstances. I don't use this mac for retrieving mail daily and the menu tabs seem to think I am "on-line" and the status displayed is "go off line."
How can I see what I just sent, resend it for that matter. I get the same error then as well.
Thanks,
[email protected]

I'm using my ISP's mail service through the OSX "Mail" application. I'm almost certain I used to be able to see a sent message's content because I would often open it, copy and paste it into a new message and send the new message. I do that alot but now I can't see the old message even if I sent it seconds earlier because of the error message:
<The message from Steve Garman <[email protected]> concerning “Tourism minutes” has not been downloaded from the server. You need to take this account online in order to download it.>
On my Windows outlook, I can just open the "sent" folder and there are all the exact message I've sent for years with all of their content intact. That's what I'm wantinf from my Mac. Can I get that?

  • How can I review an email I've just sent?

I'm trying to find out how to review an email I've just sent.

Look in your sent items and read it...
Unless you meant "recall" instead of "review", in which case, you don't. Once you hit send, you can't stop it.

  • How can I see that a file has been sent for workflow?

How can I see that a file has been sent for workflow?
During the workflow phase, the file is locked for workflow. But when the file has been approved (or denied) it will have the same status as it did before the workflow process (unless you trigger the workflow by changing its location).
You can see the workflow history in the "My Request" view, but this way of determining whether a file has been approved seems complicated.

    Hi,
Thanks for the transaction code, but my question is not answered yet.
For example, I use STMS_IMPORT in the Development environement to see the list of the transport that has been made in that environement.
I now have a list of these transports, with a status. But I wanna know if that transport that has been created in the Development environement has been moved to the Sandbox environement.
STMS_IMPORT shows me only the list of transports that has been created in that environement. It doesn't tell me if a transport in DVL has been moved in the QAS, SANDBOX or PRODUCTION environment.
    Thanks again,
    Julien

I have a folder which is Approval Enabled. Now on sending a document to the approver ,if he rejects it from UWL ,how can i see it in KM ? Thank you for any input provided in advance . In UWL I cannot see it .

You can see if a document is rejected from KM folder in which the document is there .From the document level(which you have sent) click on the arrow and select Details . A new Window opens up .Now go to Actions>>approval .You will see the name of the approver who has rejected your document .Now you can resend it or skip it . This is how you do it .

  • My mac pro has died, how can I see my emails on my macbook

My Mac Pro has died. I intend to get it repaired, obviously, but I need to see my emails from the many years of emails archived on its undamaged hard drive. I have removed the hard drive and connected it to my macbook using a USB carrier. I can find myself under the users, but the library file where the mail folder is kept remains hidden, so I can't copy it across.
What can I do to get my emails useable again immediately?
I posted this before but on a Macbook discussion and got no useful reply.
It surely is possible to do this isn't it?

In Finder select Go, then hold the option key.
You will now see Library.  Select it and navigate to Mail.
    emails are in V2 Folder
See eric's suggestion to "check ’Show Library Folder’"

To keep it seperate from the Mail already on this Mac, I would set up another user account (->System Preferences->Users & Accounts), and then log into the new account.  Quit Mail, Delete ~/Library/Mail in the new account and copy Mail from the other Mac.
Delete these files to force a re-index:
    Open Mail

  • How can i see what email addresses are associated with my apple id

I recently had an iphone 6 stolen and since it was someone who knew how to gain access to my personal information they were able to change passwords and such associated with my apple id which made it a nightmare. Along the way as i was speaking to an apple support tech, i was told that he was limited as to how helpful he could be because I was unable to provide an email address that the phone was associated with, though he could see that findmyiphone was on, he just couldnt share the info with me as to how i could find out what email or who the phone was currently registered to.  Can anyone please tell me the website for which i cant remember that will give me more access or more ifo if i enter all the emails that may be associated with the account.  I was given this at one point and now i cant find it or remember it.  thank you

  • How can I see my email attachments on top of the mail rather than bottom of the email

    Hi,
I always see the attachments in the bottom of my email where it becomes difficult to scroll down to look to the attachment. Sometimes it gets wired if the mail is long.
I am also using Android where the attachment is viewed at top and same was the case of Blackberry. How could Apple miss it?

In the iPhone mail app attachments are listed at the bottom and that cannot be changed

  • How can I see more emails?

The iPhone seems just to show recent emails. Is there a way to define "recent" so I can see emails that are, say, a month old?
    Thanks,
    Matt

In fact, just answered my own question... Once the email account is set up, if you go back to it, a new option appears "Mail days to sync". One can set that to "no limit" and get it to sync old emails.
    Thanks anyway,
    Matt

  • HT5312 How can I see which email is my rescue email?

I don't remember which email is my rescue email. Where can I get this information?

If you know the answers to your security questions then follow the instructions hlaf-way down the page that you posted from :
Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
    Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
    Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
That will let you view your full rescue email address and optionally change it.
If you can't remember your answers and can't work out what the address is then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

  • How can I see who a Blind Copy was sent to AFTER it was sent?

Hello. I often use Blind Copy, BCC, but if I go into my Sent file, it just indicates the first address it was sent to. Is there any way I can go back into my Sent file after the message was sent, and recall all the Blind Copy addressee's?
    Thanks for any comments.

I use OS 10.3.9, but I think my reply applies to 10.2.x as well. I assume you are using Apple's Mail program.
I did a test -- sent a message with a bcc. I went too my sent mailbox, and found the message. in the Mail menu, I chose preferences, and then Viewing. In Header Detail, I chose All. The bcc is listed there. Does this work for you?

  • How can I recover ten emails that I just inadvertently deleted from my inbox?

    No more details to offer.

Maybe Edit_Undo will undo the delete action is that is the last thing you did.
Have you looked in the Trash folder. That is where deleted messages go until you empty the trash and compact the folder.
