how can i see how much space is left before i burn a cd?  My old OS showed it at the bottom of the window, but loin doesn't have it anymore.

Open a Finder window > go to View > choose show path bar (and/or status bar, sidebar).....
Mine are showing (hence the choice to "hide" them).

how can i see how much money is in my account

Open iTunes.  In the left-hand pane, click on the words "iTunes Store."  When the store opens, look at the upper right to see your current balance.
If instead you only see the words "Sign In," then click it and sign in.  Then the balance for that account will display.
If you have more than one account,  you will have to log into each one separately to see its balance.

how can i see how many people are using my apple id without changing because some people have it

I'm not sure that you can. Why have so many people got your password? So many in fact, that you don't know how many.
You can see how many computers are authorised to play any songs you have purchased from the iTunes Store, but that isn't quite the same thing.
Perhaps a better idea would be to change the password and not let anyone else know what it is. That would at least prevent anyone else from changing it and locking you out of your own account.

  • How can I see a list of the assets associated with a sequence?

How can I see a list of the assets, both online and offline, associated with a sequence?

Exporting an EDL or copying and pasting a timeline into a bin gives a complete list of the clips in a sequence, but what I really would like is a list of the files used, without any duplications due to multiple clips from a single reel. Is there any quick way to automatically generate such a list?

There are a number of third party solutions for this.  I just use Bridge, so can't recommend one in particular.

  • ICal 'on my mac' to iPhone - How can I see on my phone, the entries in calendars under 'On My Mac'?

iCal 'on my mac' to iPhone - How can I see on my phone, the entries in calendars under 'On My Mac'?
I have several entries (too many) on calendars created prior to iCloud. They are listed as calendars 'On My Mac'. How can I get this information to my phone? I understand that iCloud makes On My Mac calendars obsolete?
I use my phone calendar to see my duties for the day, and only add entries if I'm out and on the fly. These I don't mind typing into the iCloud calendars. But my regular process when I'm sitting in front of the computer is to add them via iCal using the On My Mac calendars created years ago, over time. I need to see this information while on the go. How can I?

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
Create a new empty calendar from the iCal file menu, select which account you want to create it in.
If you have only a few appointments you can move them individually by editing them and changing the calendar in the edit options.
Alternatively you can copy all the appointments in one calendar to another and delete the original.
To copy a calendar ctrl-click on it from the menu that appears when you select the calendar button (top left corner of iCal) and choose export (export it to your desktop for ease)
Double click the exported file and choose the new empty calendar to import them into.
Ctrl-click on the original calendar from the menu that appears when you select the calendar button and choose delete.

How can I see how many songs I have in iTunes 11?

If you go to the "Songs" tab, then from the menu select View > Show Status Bar, this will bring up the status bar like iTunes 10 had that tells you how many songs are there, total time of all the songs, and total file size of all the songs.

How can I see how many gb a playlist is in iTunes

Hello Mkgojets and welcome to Apple Discussion Forums!
If you are using iTunes 11 (check by clicking in the menu bar while in the application iTunes > About iTunes), then you can click (again in the menubar) View > Show Status Bar or by pressing "Command /" (Command key and forward slash. This will then display the size of your playlist, how long it will take to play etc at the bottom of the iTunes window.
    Hope this helps.

  • How can I see how much free space I have on computer?

Hi, I am trying to clear my computer of unneeded stuff because it's gotten very slow. I am wondering how to see how much space I have left. I remember once seeing a pie chart somewhere in the computer but do not know how to find this. I suspect it will tell me I have very little space left. Is there a way to figure out what you can delete and what you cannot? So much in my computer has undecipherable names like abbreviations. I would have no idea what it is. (The last time I took a chance and began deleting folders and things I did not recognize I unknowingly deleted MS Office and so no longer have Word.)
Can I defrag? Not sure what that is but I know it's good to do but could not find out where to do that. Can I clear the cache? Where is the cache? Is there a secret super storage bank full of 8 years of duplicates and back-ups I do not need?
    Thank you.

    (feature set should be identical)
It's not quite Photoshop and only in beta (b7), and the interface is not very Mac-like - but at $32 it could be worth a try.

  • How can I see how much web gallery space I've used?

In iPhoto I can go to Preferences-Web Gallery and it has a bar at the bottom with how much photo space I have remaining.
How can I get this same infor with iMovie '08?

Despite what has been said, there is no Flash player for iOS devices.
    http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/
There are some browsers like Skyfire that can play some Flash content, but performance varies so try different apps to see if any can display the sites you go to...but don't expect greatness.
