one of my contacts was erased by mistake.
i dont want to start the intire procedure, just to see it on my computer and write it down.

You can see all of your data from within the apps on your device that are syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, reminders, notes, etc.). You can also see some of it on icloud.com.
To get an idea what is using your storage, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage. -

How can i view my contacts in windows?Look in whatever application you were syncing them to. Windows Address Book or Outlook. Contacts are not stored in iTunes. It only acts as a conduit to sync them to a compatible address book.

If you mean you want to see what is stored in the iCloud backup of your old phone, you can't. You can only see data in a backup by restoring it to your device.
If you mean you want to see the data you old phone was syncing with icloud, either go to icloud.com from your computer or sign into the account on your new phone in Settings>iCloud and turn on the data you want to see. It will then download to your phone. -

If they are iCloud contacts, just log into iCloud on your new phone.
You should restore from a back up of your old phone though to get things like your photos and other app data onto your new phone. -

Unfortunately, there is no simple answer to that question.
- You could see how much of your storage space is currently used by opening System Preferences > iCloud > Manage...
- If you want to see what files are currently stored in iCloud, I suggest to open the iCloud Drive app via a web browser at www.cloud.com.
