Can someone please help me figure out how I can know when someone has read an email I sent

All you can do is "Request" a Read Receipt if the recipient does not want to send you a Read Receipt then they do not have to and you can not do anything about that. Thank God.
You can also include something like "Apon receipt of this email would you plaes respond that you have read it", "Thank You".
Other then that you have no control over it. Thank God.
Do you know and understand what would happen IF the Sender could Force the Recipient to send a Read Receipt or a Forced Response that they Recieved an Email. Spammer would have a field day.

We would like to create a PDF form to collect sensitive information (phone numbers, payment information) from our customers. Ideally, we would like for them to be able to fill it out, then hit a button to encrypt it when completed, and send it back to us for us to view. You can use certificate encryption. Each of your customers needs to have a digital certificate with a private key and send you the public key version of his/her certificate. You also need to have a digital certificate with private key and to send each customer the public version of your certificate. Then after each customer fills in your form, she encrypts it with certificate encryption entering as recipients herself and you before sending this PDF to you. This way only this particular customer and you can open and see PDF filled with sensitive information.
This workflow presumes that you and each of your customers can procure a digital certificate (Digital ID in Acrobat-speak).

I am able to sort the websites within each folder alphabetically by name but I cannot find a way to sort the bookmark folders themselves alphabetically by name.I am not talking about in a view mode but in the way they are displayed when I click on my bookmarks tab. Bookmark folders that you created are in the Bookmarks Menu folder. "Sort" that folder.

You have to change the settings in whatever program you use to open the jpg. Firefox has no control over that. What program do you use to open jpg?

How can I see tracks that are in playlists when viewing My Music?

I have hundreds of audio tracks in iTunes. My Music shows more files than I have in all my playlists. Is there a way I can view which tracks are in a playlist when viewing My Music without having to right click each one? It would take hours. All I want to know is which tracks I have yet to include in a playlist.

We really need a view option in My Music to see whether tracks are in a playlist or not.

You can make a smart playlist showing tracks that are not in any playlist.
You have to make a playist showing all the tracks that are in an existing playlist.
Then you make a second playlist showing all the tracks that are not in the first playlist.
You can make the first playlist with the rule:
Playlist is 'one of my playlsits'
repeated for every play list you have.
This is only feasible for a few playlists.
If you have a lot you can create a playlist folder: File>>New playlist folder.
Then you drag all your playlists into the folder.
Now you make a smart playlist with the rule:
Playlist is not 'the playlist folder'
This new playlist should have all tracks not already in a playlist.
After you have finished, you can get playlists out of the folder by dragging them to the left. It might not be a bad idea to make sure you understand how to do this before dragging everything into the folder.

A MacBook will use Time Machine to make local backups so that when connected to an external drive it will backup a lot faster.
to disable this, you must use a command under terminal.
to locate terminal, do a search for it under spotlight (the magnifying glass on the top right corner), should be the first hit.
once under terminal, type the following text exactly:
sudo tmutil disablelocal
hit enter.
you will be asked to input your password, if you do not have a password, you will have to create one before performing this command. after entering your password, hit enter again and close terminal.
in a few minutes the space taken up by time machine should be cleared.

When you enable photo stream on your Mac, in imports photos currently in your photo stream. However, photo stream only keeps photos for 30 days, even though up to 1000 photos will remain on your device until you delete them. When you enable photo stream on your Mac, you will only receive photos added in the last 30 days, as the others are no longer in your photo stream.
If you want to get all your old photos on your Mac, save them to your camera roll (if they aren't already there) by opening your photo stream album, tapping Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll. Once they are in your camera roll, import them to your Mac as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
Another option would be to create a shared photo stream containing the older photos and invite yourself (as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmc0cd7e99). Then check Shared Photo Streams in iPhoto>Preferences>Photo Stream and you will see this shared photo stream on your Mac.

I'm sorry, but your sister, unless she had already turned on the "Find my iPhone" feature and the person who took the phone has not disabled it, is out of luck. She should report the theft to local police authorities, including the serial number of her iPhone. While her experience is unfortunate, there are good reasons why Apple cannot do anything else about it.
I hope she gets her phone back.

After the IOS7 updates, when we are viewing music videos on my phones I can no longer turn the phone horizontal to see a bigger viewing of the video. I can only see it widescreen in vertical mode which is much smaller. Now when you turn it sideways, it pops up album cover art and I hate that. Is there a way to fix that?

We are just users like you and don't know why Apple does what it does. This is not a place to "vent," it is a place to ask technical questions. I am currently in the midst of a divorce, which is typically nasty but even nastier when you've mistakenly married satan. My soon to be ex is very tech savy (he can write his own programs). I am not. I have noticed when the family computers are on in the office they are connecting to my Macbook pro. I can see this through the finder and the computers show up as shared. I recently bought my macbook pro (within the last two months, he filed for divorce last year).
How do I prevent him from linking up to my computer and how do I password protect my files? If he is accessing my computer than he can see everything I am sending to my lawyer. Which includes information that counters some of his claims.

First of all you need to change your admin password and user name or create a new admin user, secondly you need to encryped any documents you are making by following the following guid...http://osxdaily.com/2012/01/11/password-protect-files-folders-in-mac-os-x/
This helped me close some files up, you need to make sure that you use a password he is not going to guess and that you don't store that password in the OS X keychain system.
This is what I would do if this where me though...
Buy and external HDD (all doucuments will be encrypted onto this drive, and the drive removed and taken away where ever I go.)
I would rebuild the Mac OS X to new like state, backing up only important items to the external HDD(wouldn't even bother with the software on it maybe only pages or Ms office)
Create a new user account and if you have an apple ID change the password of the ID again to somthing he is not going to guess.
Also make sure you are off the network he is on get your own broadband/network setup if you must.

I got everything fixed but now when I go the the top where it has "File Edit View History etc" and I put the cursor over it the word blanks out. It never used to do this and I can't work with it like this. I prefer Firefox over any other web browser. Please tell me how to change the settings so the word stays there when the cursor highlights it and doesn't disappear. Thank you.

I use Hotmail and when I hit 'reply' I can only see half of the page. I cannot tab down to read the email I am responding to and if I type too much the text disappears into the hidden section of the page. This does not happen in Google Chrome when I checked it so it is a Firefox problem.

1.Create an Event Receivers for document library and use SPFile.MoveTo
method to move file to the other document library.
