1) When you create and publish an episode in iTunes after it has been approved its automatic free to download but how do you sell it if you want " 0.£79 Buy" ? I am using a podcast maker. Do you have to apply to iTunes first to sell your episode? and how ?
2) how to add an image like for people to click on it?

You cannot sell podcast episodes: all podcasts are free.
What do you mean by 'an image to click on'? You can have a custom image in the Store page but it's not a directl link to anything. You add it in the feed, in the 'itunes:image' tag - as you presumably aren't hand-writing your feed the program or service you are using should provide somewhere you can add an image. It should be 600 x 600 px.

You may see other people suggesting that you sign up as a content provider/partner at itunes. This is a bad idea because it's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to gain such an account. iTunes has been FLOODED with such requests and are basically rejecting people left and right. The only way you can become a content provider/partner with itunes is if you meet the following criteria:
You own, or have worked with, a real distribution company for a long time
You have a HUGE catalog to distribute
iTunes doesn't give these types of accounts to just anybody and they will check your history and credentials to see if you're lying.
Your best bet is to sign up with a company that offers cheap distribution and ALREADY has a distribution deal in place with iTunes. ADEdistribution is the best company to offer such a service. You may see other people suggesting other companies such as TuneCore, CDBaby, SongCast, or ReverbNation. Just be aware that these companies are expensive and cost a lot more than ADEDistribution.

To clarify, there is only the P2714T. There is not a 2714T. So Amazon just has it listed incorrectly. You are correct, I do not see the P2714T on the USA, UK sales sites nor do I see it on the Dell Outlet site. It is possible that Amazon bought several hundred and have them in their warehouses.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You can't delete shows from your history, you can only hide them and you need to do that from iTunes on your computer or mobile device

It starts sync and then it says, "Was not copied to the ipod because it cannot be played on this ipod". and for the other episode it says, "It was not copied to the ipod because you are not authorized for it on this computer." PLEASE HELP. I bought the episodes and want to see them badly

You can't. Currently the only way to sync videos to the iPod is through iTunes version 6.
EDIT: I stand corrected. Looks like the new version of Anapod Explorer does sync video.
Even still, you're probably better off using their own support website.

Nice idea, but I don't think such a mechanism exists. Software companies won't pay for ideas for a variety of reasons. That's before getting to the problem that in big companies it's hard to talk to anyone in authority about anything at all.
You can

* pay to have a product developed

I find this disturbing. Apple is still selling the touch 4gen in stores. Yet most apps require the 4s or 5 th Gen . At least take the 4g off shelves. And you expect me to buy a new one every year. I believe you are confused. The fourth-generation iPod touch is capable of running the most current version of iOS, 6.1.3, and the vast majority of the apps available. And there no "iPod touch 4S". "4S" is an iPhone model designator.
If you are having a specific problem running apps on your iPod touch, post back with details and someone can probably help you. But your premise as given is false.

Jim~ First off, nice alliteration Secondly, I'd say media (particularly video) is one of the most culturally relative means for communication-- and if he's working for a church, whatever type of church (mormon, christian, catholic, scientology, etc whatever), hiring someone to produce media sounds only logical. A 'preacher' seems just like a fancy name for a 'communicator' if you ask me... anyways
That being said, I'd say that hiring someone in a church in an editing/producing position, assuming that person would oversee all media in a service, would be looking at a package in the 40-80 range... that largely depending on the size of the church (if it's a mega monstrosity-money mill church etc ). But no doubt, 40k plus benefits doesn't seem out of line... especially with the way churches are using media these days... for example, go to any LCD/DLP projector website and you'll see a 'for churches' section.... churches are finally catching up to the world.
