How can I sent a repeating email?

Greetings all,
I want to set up the Mac mini I use in my office at work to send out a reminder every Monday morning to my colleagues via a common email address. I want to remind them to check various things they should be checking at the start of each week. I want to send this friendly reminder purely as a CYA measure, which is a suggestion my boss made to me a few minutes ago. I looked at setting up a calendar event to do it, but as far as I can tell, calendar events can only send email reminders to me. If anyone has any suggestions on how to do this, please let me know.

You need to set up an Automator workflow which you then trigger from Calendar. This should get you going:

I have been repeatedly receiving the same email message for the past month. Just today I've received it 11 times in a 5 1/2 hr. period.

You can create a Mail rule that will simply delete the message so you never see it.
Select the message in Mail
On the Mail Menu bar go to Mail > Preferences > Rules
Click on the Add Rule button
Enter a description of the rule
Choose If any or the following conditions are met
Choose From and Contains and the sender of the message already be filled in
Under Perform the following actions: select Delete message.
If the offending message is coming from more than one sender you might have to adjust the condition(s) to perhaps the message subject or whatever is common to all the offending messages.
If you receive other desired email from the same sender change if any to if all and add a second or even third condition that assures the selection is accurate and sufficiently discrete to target only the offending message. You can also flag the message as Junk and eventually Mail will learn the message is Junk and move it to the junk folder but that takes longer.
Do not return the message to the sender. If it is malicious spam that simply confirms your email address is real and encourages more spam.

We have rolled out a fix for this issue.
Please log off and log back in to your machine and the issue should be resolved automatically. In case that does not work, please manually run the msi installer posted here (may require reboot).

I'd be shocked if any computer whatever is unable to decompress a zip file. However, as Mr. Perkins and I have confirmed via testing, the amount of compression can range from negligible to significant, depending on the original TIF file.
As far as changing to JPG or PNG, I don't know if that helps the OP. The question was specifically related to TIFs. Personally, I still prefer the MobileMe or Dropbox solution. The recipient receives exactly what the sender wishes to send and email is not clogged up in any manner.

Since I do not speak nor read Spanish, it would be greatly appreciated if these notifications could instead come in English. My account is set up with English as the language and Skype works just fine that way. The problem is that whenever I receive a notice via email from Skype, it is in Spanish. Is there a way to change that?

This is what I actually did when I needed to change my rescue email. However, it is clear that the above strategies would now work for me.
I needed to change my rescue email b/c I wanted that email to be my primary email/appleID. The rescue email and primary cannot be the same for some reason. When I needed to do it, I forgot the answer to one of my security questions so was forced to click "Send reset security info email to •••••@***.com." This sent an email to my rescue email address -- so if you cannot access your rescue, this alt strategy will not work.
When I clicked the link sent, something went wrong and aple could not bring me to that page. However, when I looked back in the browser tab where I was managing my AppleID, the page/environment for "Password and security" changed. All that was there was something to click that said "Reset .....". This brought me to a page to change all 'password and security' related issues including my rescue email address.
Summary of Alt:
Sign in to manage apple ID
Go to "Password and security"
click "Send reset security info email to •••••@***.com."
--> may have to go to rescue email address and follow instructions there and it may work
--> could be you only have to renew the 'password and settings' page to see new option to click "Reset...."

There is one thing to be careful about though when using the "Send Updates" feature in Address book to notify your contacts about address/contact info changes.
Addressbook will automatically include your personal vCard at the end of the email message that goes out to your list. I did not realize this at the time and it royally burned me. My default address card had a lot of extra personal information contained within it that I did not want people to see. There was no indication that the vCard would automatically be included nor any way to disable this feature just before sending the "update" email. As a result, my list received my private information and the only thing I could do was to send a new email to the list manually, minus the vCard attachment, requesting that they please delete the first email in favor of this new one. I'm hoping that most will disregard the vCard, though I fear the damage has been done.
I later discovered that the preferences now include a checkbox for enabling/disabling a "private me card", which allows you to control which content is included in your vCard information. This is handy now, but I wished the default had been to have vCards turned off / not included automatically, since it was a feature I didn't discover until AFTER my updates had been sent!

I don't really understand iCloud, but I have an Apple ID since both my kids are underage (8 and 11). They share my Apple ID, but have different Ipods. Once you have created a rescue address, you cannot delete it, nor can you change it to the same address as used by your ID. There are numerous providers you can get additional email addresses from, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Google etc etc.

We do NOT use the same ID for: Face time and Imessage
