Hi! I have a problem here. I had an iPhone 4S and yesterday I bought an iPhone 5S. So, I gave the 4S to my girlfriend and I transferred all my things from that to my new phone. But the 4S still keeping my contacts in it through my iCloud account. Do you know how can I totally seperate the two iPhones?

You girlfriend needs to get her own iCloud account. Since the two phones are sharing iCloud accounts, all the data is synched between devices. If she deletes a contact from her phone, it will be deleted from yours. And so on.

It asks me to insert a sim card and I don't have a sim card yet. I was thinking I could use the mp3 player function of my phone until I buy a sim card.

Thank you, I understand, yeah, I knew that, my phone is factory unlocked and I am going home, which is obviously not in the States and I am thinking of buying a local carrier there. If it is actually an exchange calendar, and it's not linked to a specific user, it should be possible to simply add the exchange account to each device in question and have that exchange account only sync the calendar. Then every user has access to the same calendar and can add/edit entries to the calendar as needed.
The same would apply if it were a Google calendar added via Exchange.
If the calendar is not actually on Exchange, but rather added from an outside source, it will depend on that outside source where the calendar originates.

That download was available at all the online stores: if you looked at the main page of the Thai app store at the time it was released (and for a couple of weeks after) it clearly displayed a 3.0 update advertisement. I was able to update a 3G iPhone and a first generation iPod touch using my account on the Thai app store.
Are you accessing the iTunes store, using iTunes (or the Thai online store at http://store.apple.com/th)? It is the one using iTunes that you need.
What you need to do to download this, is to connect your iPod touch to the computer (your details do not say which computer or OS you use) and in the iTunes panel that opens, there is a button to check for updates (although the update may appear by itself). If this still reports that it is unavilable, let me know and I will ask someone.
You will not be able to change your account, but there is nothing to prevent you setting up a new account in the US as long as (for purchasing) you use a US credit card.

You cannot do anything without a sim for the carrier the iPhone is locked to. With that you can attempt to restore using the recovery mode described in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212 but note that if the previous owner installed an Apple ID and password and turned on Settings > iCloud > Find My Phone, you will never get it to work without the Apple ID and password. That is the Activation Lock, an anti-theft protection system.

With the latest build of GarageBand on the device, move to the My Songs view, tap the Edit button at top right, select the shaking song you want to export, then tap the sharing arrow symbol at top left, tap iTunes, then GarageBand.
Connect the device to iTunes, select it in the left-hand column, then select the Apps tab. You should find the exported file in the File Sharing area of the GarageBand app and from there you can copy it to your computer, then open it with the GarageBand application.

To be completely honest, FCPX is a RAM hog. It just is. But, RAM is relatively cheap, and the pay-off is good.
4GB is right on the edge, IMHO. 16G is ideal.
