How can I set up a calling card on speed dialing?
I use a company calling card for international dialing. How can I set up a speed dial for the dial number and the password with a pause in between for the international number? Any clues?

My Ipad will show all regular inbound calls, from Iphone, as Facetime calls. I would like only TRUE facetime calls to appear. I have switched audio/video on Ipad but it still happens. How can I set my iPhone4 to ring more than 3 times before going to voicemail. I keep missing calls because I can't get to the phone that fast. I read on an Apple blog that this is controlled by the service provider, namely Verizon. Looked all over your site of FAQs and couldn't find the answer.
x-x, I'm sad to hear that you want to leave VZW because of this. The number of rings is standard at 5-6 rings which is approximately 30 seconds. If yours is only ringing 3 times, it may be the ringtone you have selected. Make sure to also reboot your phone often and dial *228 option 2. If still having issues, try calling yourself from another phone to see how many times it rings on that end.

Sorry, but it's quite possible that you can't. If there's an Apple Store in the country to which you want to give the gift, you can call them ask ask if they'll accept a Canadian credit card for a gift card purchase to be shipped to an address in the relative's country. If they won't, then you'd have to find an independent reseller in that country that carries iTunes gift cards who could accept your credit card, and there may be none.

How can you set up more than one device on iTunes? I have an iPad, iPod, itouch and iPhone. I don't want the same on all devices. I have all my music/videos on iTunes on my mac book pro. Can you set up separate folders for each device and drop in what ever music/videos from the main iTunes library?

The address and the country on the Credit Card should match the billing address then only payment would be possible.

We cannot see the program control flow inside a Macro, instead we can place a break point on the statement which calls the Macro and we can see the content of variables and internal tables before and after the Macro call.
