i have a iPhone 5S locked with T mobile USA. i updated it to iOS 8.0.2 since it is factory locked now i can't use my iPhone. i gets stuck on the set up screen. what should i do now to use my iPhone without any sim card and set up it?

You can't. You'll need a valid sim card for activation. It does not need to have an active data plan on it, it just needs to be functional (but not activated), and be from T-Mobile.
You can even borrow one from someone while you activate, and take it out when you are done.

It will always use WiFi if available. If the phone goes to sleep it drops the WiFi connection unless you plug it in to power. Have you checked to see which app is using the cell data?

What do you mean "the credentials are the same"? The part of the email address before the @ should be different. If not then you do not have two different email addresses.
Just go into the mail settings and choose add account. Enter the info for the second account. It won't matter that your incoming and outgoing smtp server are the same. If it did how could millions of people all use Yahoo or Google?
If what you really have is one email account with a rule set to send specific emails to another folder, someone else will have to help you.

I suggest setting your wife up with her own login on the PC. There are other ways, but this would be the cleanest, in my opinion.
If you do this, she can use her own iTunes, her own Apple ID, etc.

I believe because you migrated from a Nokia to an iPhone you need to register the Bn phone number with your Apple ID so it can be used for iMessage. The Pn number seems to be the only one registered
