How can I set up two factor login on ASDM?

I would like to have our users enter two separate passwords to be able to run ASDM (similar to user and enable passwords on the CLI).
How do I do that?

The only way I see it possible would be to have a OTP (one time password) server and use it as your authentication server for ASDM through RADIUS.
The server would have to be configured to receive the user's password + token code/otp.
So the user would use one username and on the password box would put his password + otp.
The server would strip the otp part of the password and if it's correct it will forward the username and password (without the otp portion) to the AD server (or will locally do it if you have the user created there.)

After this setup, any changes to one phone (i.e. adding a contact, downloading an app) will have to be manually duplicated on the second phone, if that is your desire). Making changes to one phone will not affect the other after setup.

It is possible to use multiple ID's on an iOS device, but when you switch ID's and download content with another ID, you associate the device with that ID for 90 days and lock yourself out of the other ID for that 90 day period.
So while it is possible, it's not advisable.

You can set up separate iCloud accounts for each of you and sign into your account on both your iPhone and iPad.
To change the account on her phone, go to Settings>iCloud and tap Delete Account, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted. (This only deletes the account from her phone; not from iCloud.) Then sign in with a different ID to create her new account (and use this ID for iMessage and FaceTime too). After setting up the account on her phone, she can then sign in with the same ID on her iPad to sync iCloud data between her devices.
You can then sign into you iCloud account using your ID on your devices, and both of you can continue to share the same ID in Settings>iTunes & App Stores.

I have one Yahoo! mail account completed and have the Yahoo mail app installed but this app is awful for a beginner to use. You can configure as many email accounts as you want on the native Mail App however, you cannot separate them or log out of them so one user will be able to see mail from the other user's account.
I would suggest you look for a 3rd Party Mail account that can do this for you, as the Native one is simply not designed for multiple users.
Alternatively you could simply put a link to Yahoo's webmail page on the Home Screen and have them log in to that when they need to.

Jus don't turn on Autodownload (iTunes prefs > Store).
Autodownload simply tells iTunes to automaticall download items if you purchase them elsewhere (such as a different computer or iPhone/iPad).
You can still download them when your purchase them on the computer or go to iTunes store in iTunes, select Purchased on the right side under Quick Links.

You would each need to use your own user account on the Mac, you can do this at system preferences > users & groups.

On the Mac with the libraries you want to share:
iTunes Preferences click on the Sharing tab and put a tick in 'Share by library on local network'.
iPhoto Preferences click on Sharing and put a tick against 'Share my photos'.
When launching the same apps on other Macs on the network the libraries should be available, listed on the left.

Welcome to the Apple community.
You can add more than one account to your iPad, but you can only have one primary account. Secondary accounts which you can add at settings> mail, contacts, calendars do not have all the features of a primary account such as photo stream.

Well, even if you have the first express set up to extend the network, the second express can only extend from the TimeCapsule.
Maybe you got walls of sheetrook in the way, or kitchen/bathroom tiles, etc, dampening the signal rapidly.
