How can I setup 2 mailservers in 1 office for same domain?

We have a small office here with 25 email users. I just got a mini with 10.7 server that I'm going to use as an email server. I'm working on changing folks over from my old SuSE Linux machine to the new mini. I'd like to setup the mini (the new server) to work with the old server so that I can move people over as needed. My plan is to have both servers accepting mail for users on that particular server, but when I setup "Bob" on the mini and transfer his old mail to the mini, I will deactivate him from the SuSE box and activate him on the new mini. It would go like this...
Bob is setup on the SuSE box. Getting mail here.
I setup Bob on the Mini. Transfer his SuSE mail to the Mini.
Now I will disable Bob on the SuSE and activate him on the Mini.
I now need email to be delivered to the Mini for Bob, but not sure how to do this. Potential problem also: If Bob emails someone on the old server, how do I keep the email from bouncing since they are not on the new mini?
Hope this makes sense. Plan B, which is more painful, is to transfer all email from old to new at once and shut off the old server. But I don't want to work over the Christmas break, so one by one is easier for me.

My advice is to advise everyone of a scheduled down time when it's convinient for you and implement plan B.
Plan A will simply cause you more grief in the long run.

Fore example, if I get a work email, I want to hear a DING, DING....If I get a personal email, I want to hear a BEEP, BEEP. Right now, any email from any account has the same notification. I want work incoming email notification to be different than personal incoming notification. The only semi-workaround I've seen is just disable any notification for the Hotmail account, so only work emails would notify. But then I don't know when I get a personal email. Even the lowely Blackberry Torch 9800 has this feature..not iPhone 4s??

I started to create an account and when I saw the credit card thing I just clicked back and back and so I closed the browser... every free app or something free I get it appears a window : " You have to review some of your information about your account" .... but I don't have an account yet because I didn't create it.... the only solution is to create a new e-mail account and go to iTunes store and create a new account with the new e-mail and be very carefull with the "Free app" this time...

Yes... but I have come across some setups that came with a native SL (and even one Lion!) installation.. that somehow had a corrupted or older Prokit installed for some unknown reason... and given it's a quick fix to try.. I thought I'd mention it..
I frankly don't think it is entirely a Prokit issue itself, but it wouldn't do any harm to try and install v7 just in case it is part of the problem...
+1 on the UAD stuff....
Also, at the time it crashed... according to the logs...the OP was running Ableton Live at the same time, presumably rewired with Logic... so add all that together with UAD plugins... and that's quite a load on the system...
Finally in thread 32 there is a weird exception msg relating to the Trash2 plugin.. that I haven't seen before...

Thank you for your time. I'm trying to avoid that because she can then simply turn on mail syncronization and then she could read my mail. Another reason is our password policy, that enforces changing our windows logon password every 90 days. Of course changing windows logon passwords demands changing exchange account logon info (password) on Iphone. I have read somwhere that there was an app but it was removed from app store. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I am using a QNAP NAS with SMB network shares, which I mount with OS X Mavericks. They are not searchable, as far as I know because of the indexing of network share is by default not activated.
To force the OS to index them I activated this via mdutils. But this is no solutions. This makes spotlight to index the share once. But I want spotlight to index it always and keep it up to date. I have a huge amount of documents & fotographs, which is very difficult to manage without being searchable.
Unfortunately the only solution I found in the www was the mdutils-way, which seems not to work, maybe only works not for me.
I would appreciate any assistance,

But, if I understand it correctly, it is a one-time indexing -- the index is NOT keep up-to-date with changes.
So, how can we keep the index up-to-date?
My thought was to schedule a Terminal file to execute each night with the mdutil code.
Would this work? If so, how would you setup a scheduled run?
Would it have to be done on each Mac that accesses the Share?
