I already sign out all accounts..and i enter my new appleid but i get the same answer..what should i do?
Is it asking for a PIN (for a debit card) or the three-digit number on the back of the card (for a credit card)?

Kimber. LeeSign out of iTunes and sign in with the new ID. On your computer, under on of the iTunes menus, on your iPad Settings > iTunes and App Stores and tap on the Apple ID.
Note that all apps downloaded under the previous ID are locked to that ID, and you will have to sign back onto it for any updates. -
I am unable to get past the apple login screens on my iPad to access my settings menu for a new home network. My Apple password is not recognized so I cannot even get into the settings mode to make a chance. How can I get past the Apple logins?

I just updated my iPhone. it prompted me to create an apple id. not being sure i did create a new one. after my phone updated i realized what i did. how can i delete my new apple id and use my old one so i can get my apps? thanks
Go to 'Settings' and 'Store' and then click on the 'Apple ID' and sign out and back in with your correct one.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you delete the existing account you will get an option to keep the iCloud data on your device.
Before deleting the account, save any photo stream photos that you want to keep to your camera roll. -

Try to go into the App Store and try to download an app. When you have the option to sign in or create an Apple ID, choose to create one and you should see a 'none' option under payment.

The Apple TV doesn't officially support a DVI connection, however you may be able to get it to work. You will first need to check that your TV supports either 720p or 1080p as well as HDCP. If you are able to get the video working over the DVI connection, you may also require a DAC in order to connect with Apple TV's optical audio output to the TVs audio imput.
You may well wish to make sure that the DVI connection works before spending any money on a DAC.. -
