How can I speed up iTunes download
I have a good internet connection, 23mbps, but for some reason iTunes is taking forever to download a TV episode, it is on pace to take 24 hours to download a 600 mb show. It doesn't matter if I try with my iMac, my iPhone 6, or my iPad2, it will not speed up. Any advice is appreciated and is anyone else having this problem?
Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?<br />
Make sure that it isn't restricting Firefox in any way (we've sen Norton NIS software mentioned to cause issues like this).
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
*Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

It's a function of your iPhone's data speed, which is a function of your physical location and your carrier. Talk to your carrier about increasing your data speed (probalby unlikely) or get dedicated internet to connect your computer to, i.e. cable, fiber, etc.

My iTunes downloads were made using my old gmail address. I had to quit using this address as it got hacked. How do I get my iTunes downloads into my new iTunes account that was created with a new gmail address? In my old iTunes account (with the old gmail address, I can't 'update' my email address or even 'add an alternate address' as I had already created this gmail account and inputting the new address into iTunes gives me the 'pop-up' that 'this account is already in use.' Good luck. It took me weeks to fix this when I had to do it. Your old ID branches out in lots of places. You may have to delete app and get them again, at least that is what Apple told me. Plus, all of your settings on your iPad that required any ID, will have to be changed. My old ID kept showing up in different places for weeks. Changing it on Apple.com is just the beginning.

I first noticed that I was having trouble viewing videos on Firefox, but was able to correct that problem by doing something with Flash, if I recall correctly. Now I can view videos, but they are slow and choppy. When I check download speed using Firefox, it is 391 kbps (upload speed is 362 kbps). However, when I check download speed using Opera, it is 3161 kbps (upload speed is 367 kbps). Also, when I watch videos on Opera, of course, they are not choppy. I really want to continue using Firefox as my web browser. How can I make get the download speed back to normal?

How can i burn an itunes downloaded movie to dvd?
I have purchased movies from itunes, downloaded them and can only burn them to data DVD...which is useless in a DVD player. How can I burn these movies to DVD so that I can view them on a DVD player?
You are not licensed to burn any iTunes video products, regardless of whether it's to a data DVD or a playable DVD.

How can i transfer an itunes downloaded movie on to an external hard drive
Hi, I have just downloaded a movie from itunes for the first time. All of my previously purchased DVD's are on an external Hard drive to play directly on my TV. I wanted to move this downloaded movie on to the hard drive, but it will only play through itunes and will not play on the hard drive. Has anyone got any advice as to how I can do this. Downloading a movie purchase from ITunes store to Ipad3 is taking 24 hours. How can you speed it up?
First, try resetting your device. Press and hold both the home button and the sleep/wake button for about 10 seconds, until the screen turns off. Ignore the slider that will appear. Release the buttons, then press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Apple logo appears. This is the equivalent of a reboot, and should not affect your data or apps.
If that doesn't help, try restoring your device from backups, and if that doesn't help, restore it to factory settings (ie, do not restore a backup). See:

If none of that helps, the issue is caused by some kind of hardware problem, and the device will need to be repaired or (more likely) replaced. -

Delete the broken links in iTunes then look at your purchased list to redownload.
If this happened because you were deleting files from the iTunes folder in Finder, don't. You have to let iTunes do all the deleting and moving or you will end up with broken links. -

It sounds as though you are sharing and iCloud account with someone else, you need to have a separate iCloud account, otherwise there is no way of stopping other sharers from accessing your photos in photo stream. -
