How can I superimpose a LT movie in to FCP?
Have finished LT movie exported to FCP and used the transparent back ground but once in final cut it's blocking out the video even when I superimpose it? I don't render back ground in LT or anything. Just render it and export it then open it from FCP and boom it blocks out anything behind it?
I'm assuming you've exported your LiveType project to a Quicktime file, then imported the Quicktime file into Final Cut. Correct?
You can save yourself the extra step of exporting a Quicktime file by just importing the LiveType project file directly into Final Cut. Final Cut will treat the LiveType just like a video clip, with the added benefit of being able to open the project in LiveType from within FCP.
Specific instructions for using LiveType files can be found in the Final Cut Pro manual, starting in Volume 2, page 480 "Using LiveType to Create Titles for your Project". The FCP manual can be accessed by going to the Help menu in Final Cut Pro, and selecting Final Cut Pro Manual.

You should certainly be able to add content by reference to itunes from such a disk (even before the update) - so long as itunes knows the location of the file (set Preferences not to copy to local library when adding the media) it will stream it to AppleTV if the disk is available.
I hope you're right, but I'd be surprised if current Extremes can be upgarded to provide a full Home Sharing service - marvellous if they can but I'd be surprised as i've long said we need an Apple media server either based on TC or AE to do this kind of thing.

You don't use Airplay. You set up Home Sharing on both and under the Computers section of AppleTV you'll then find it under Movies (or Rentals if rented), assuming it's in a compatible format.

How can I import an m4v movie from my desktop to my event Library in iMovie? I want to include the m4v movie into another project in iMovie.
When you import DV Stream from tape, iMovie 11 will assume that you are importing raw footage from a camera, rather than a finished movie. It will create a new clip everytime it detects a scene break (the record start/stop button was pressed). These clips will be placed in chronolgical order - not the order they were on the tape.
One way around this is to import the tape into the application that you used to create it. For example, if you used iMovie 6, import the tape back into imovie 6. In iMovie 6, you can export the tape back out using FILE/EXPORT USING QUICKTIME. Choose the DV codec in an MOV container. You can then import this MOV file into iMovie 11 and have everything in the proper order for your finished movie.
Another option is to use FInal Cut Pro X. -
How can I stop music and movies from being automatically deleted from my phone and saved on the cloud? I've just tried to watch a movie on my 2 hour commute, but yet AGAIN it has been removed. But in terms of my initial query; thanks for responding. But no, this is NOT the cause of the problem. I have auto sync and sync over wifi activated, but have also selected manually manage music and videos. Plus, all of my music and videos are on my macbook, absolutely all of it, so if it my phone was syncing with my macbook everything would still be on the phone. Life would be peachy if my phone jsut copied everything that was on my macbook, but unfortuantely it keeps deleting tracks for no apparent reason.
Any thoughts greatly welcomed, because at the moment i can only conclude that my iphone is crap. -

I recently purchased a movie at 1080p and when I went to view it, I received a message stating 1080p is too large for playback. How can I re-download the movie at 720?
Not sure what happend there. But ATV only streams, no HD so if you leave it too long, the whole download gets lost.

Yes there is, if you hold down the attachment widget in the email once the video is downloaded, it will give you a series of options to save it to, including camera roll.

Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 on what computer operating system?
1. USB Flash Drive.
Go to Share/Computer/ make your export choice.
In the Save In field for the preset selected, browse to and select the USB Flash Drive
2. Windows Media
Share/Computer/Windows Media and select appropriate preset to get you .wmv file
3. See Share/Mobile Phones and Players
Remember you can customize the settings under the Advanced Button/Video Tab, Audio Tab, Multiplexer Tab of
the preset selected.
