How can I switch App store country while still have credits remain?

Hi, I am asking about how to switch App store between countries. I have a US App store account, and it has about $50 in that (someone give me a gift card). The problem is when I am trying to switch App store to other countries, it will says "you must spend your balance before you can change stores". Is there any other ways that I can change my stores? Or I just been tied up?

Whilst you are in France you can only use the France store - you have to be in a country to use its store, that is part of the store's terms (accessing a different country's store could result in Apple permanently disabling the account).
You can either update your existing account to have your French billing address on it (changing country), or create a new account (you can log out of your account phone by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and you can then create a new account via that screen).
