How can i switch my account from windows to mac
I am buying an mac mini and have already bought Photoshop elements 13 and need to install it on there, but my account says I have a windows platform for download. Is there not a number to call and speak to someone to switch this over.

From your Old Computer... Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..
An Added Bonus is that you will then have a Backup of iTunes...

Thank you for your help. I am still having trouble. As you can tell, I am not technologically advanced AT ALL. My music is all showing up in the library but when I go to file in the top left corner, Sync is greyed out and I cannot select it. I'm gonna continue to try this. Connect the iPod. Decline any offers from iTunes to sync it, if this is the first time the iPod has been connected to the Mac. When the iPod appears in the iTunes sidebar, under DEVICES, select it there. Over to the right, on the Summary tab, there is a Restore button. Click it. Follow the prompts.
Restore will erase the iPod and install the latest software, using default settings. If it is connected to a Mac when you do the Restore, it will use Mac formatting during the erase. That's basically the only difference. The software is the same, so it is not really "reprogrammed." -
