How can I sync my iphone from itunes? It seems to be "blocked"

Hi! I bought my iphone on march in NY & when I came back to argentina and configured it, I discovered it isn't able to sync music, videos or photos from itunes. I also have an Ipad but I've never had problems with it. I don't know what to do. When I press the sync button it just doesn't download the files to the iphone. I 've tried to manually choose the music I wanted to sync, but I'm not able to press the buttons as they don't seem to work. Also, on the phone it shows there's no music files.

If you own this iPhone, and were the original owner, and it's your Apple ID and password that are used on Find My iPhone, then go to http://www.icloud.com/find and remove your iPhone from Find My iPhone that way.
But I suspect it is someone else's Apple ID and password being requested. You will need to contact that person, otherwise, your iPhone will remain Activation Locked as described here:

If you are using iTunes Match you have to download your music to your phone from iCloud rather than syncing it to your phone with iTunes. Just be sure your computer is logged into the Apple ID you used to purchase iTunes Match, and has iTunes Match turned on (Store>Turn on iTunes Match). This will make your music library available for downloading on your phone. If you don't see it on your phone, makes sure you are logged into the Apple ID used to subscribe to iTunes Match in Settings>Store and that you have iTunes Match turned on in Settings>Music.

Music is designed to sync in one way only, and that is from iTunes to the phone. There is the expectation that you would backup the computer to save this data. There are 3rd party solutions to try and recover music from the phone to put back into a blank iTunes library.

You cannot. Copy everything you want form the old computer to the new one, then sync it.

Correct Iphone will sync, or manually manage, with one and only one computer/library at a time. Syncing, or manually managing, to another will indeed erase the current content.
