When I updated to version 10, it locked up my computer. Nothing works unless I uninstall Mozilla. I reinstalled Mozilla twice with same results. Internet explorer works fine!

By locked up does the computer not move too or just firefox? Also live chat is unavailable at the moment and there is no phone support but all our contributors will be able to help you.

There is no live customer service for iTunes on the telephone. Either click the Report link on the emailed receipt that you have recieved on the purchases or use this link to start an email conversation with the iTunes support staff.

It used to be more common to be asked how to uninstall such toolbars. I think It will now be known as a Bing bar, but as far as I know it is no longer supported for Firefox. You may find some unofficial addons with similar types of functions.

Does anyone know how I can get a hold of someone at Apple ( like a real person to talk to )? I’m a PC guy and have never had this much trouble figuring out anything before. All I wanted to do was d’load a song - legally. As to your problem; it is just with some tracks, or with any track you import or purchase? If it's just certain tracks from the iTunes Music Store, they may well have arrived corrupted from the record company (the record companies provide the tracks; Apple doesn't handle the compression themselves). In such a case, you need to contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them. There is no telephone number; Apple, as is the case with all download music stores I've seen, doesn't find it cost-effective to provide telephone technical support.
