How can I talk to someone about getting my iphone repaired?
How do I get my phone repaired? No one will talk to me and the iphone store says because the back was removed and battery disconnected, they will not repair it. Is this true?
There are no user serviceable parts in an iPhone. If the back was
removed and the battery disconnected, your warranty was voided.
Apple will not repair iPhones that have been opened by others.
Take the iPhone back to where the back was opened - maybe they
can fix the problem.

uninstalled firefox ....deleted all files still remaining under mozilla firefox directory in program files ... to avoid having to reprogram all my settings, reisntall all addons as well .. I did not remove anything from mozilla firefox that is stored in either appdata or under the windows users directory (if any)
... the as suggested reinstalled the latest version of the firefox browser using the link you provided in the email ..; tested and several issues still remain present and unresolved ....
so please this is urgent or I will have to jump browsers and start using chrome .. because we work 14 hours a day 6 (sometimes 7) days a week, to get ready for the launch of our newest venture and we cannot lose that much days on browser related issues ... so please instead of putting me through week long step process .. of do this .. do that .. can you please actually look into the issue from your end .. Call your credit card company immediately and dispute the charges - sounds as though someone has used your credit card especially since there is nothing showing on your account as purchased.

Where do my files have to be in order to use creative cloud and not have my indesign links break? I'll need to use Indesign on different computers and my images won't be traveling with me... will I need to relink every image every time? this gets way too tedious after 5 pages of links are broken. Also,,, why do I need all these plugin's once I use an icloud version of indesign when I've saved the file on my external hard drive, and then open the exact same file from the exact same hard drive? The file never opens and is corrupt which means I have to rebuild the entire thing or physically travel back to that computer which has the indesign cloud.... It's baffling.
And another question... how does adobe not have a live support number to call and ask questions? I've been in the same "click-loop" now forever and I can't ever get to an actual useful forum.WesternJarhead wrote:

Standard practice is to use File>Package and then save to drive/location that suits you. If you need it to travel with you bring the entire folder.
The InDesign file will link to the folder where the Links folder is situated.

The file isn't corrupt. The Craeative Cloud version is a newer version than you have on your computer at home. That's why the plugins are missing, as older versions don't have the same plugins as the newer version of InDesign.
If you want to work on a version created with CC - then you need to use file Export/Save and choose IDML - then open that in earlier versions of InDesign.
However, you could install the Creative Cloud on your computer at home and use the same version of InDesign - this would solve your problem without any extra work.

InDesign has never offered user support in using the software. It's telephone and helpline service is not for that purpose. InDeisgn is a professional graphic designer/typesetter/whateveryourjob is tool.
Like any tool you need to have specific training to it's end use, most people used to do an apprenticeship/trainee position going to college to learn the software and the fine principles of lithographic/screen/flexo/gravure printing and the use of images/text/graphics etc on the web.
It's a professional's tool that requires professional training. Much like I wouldn't go out and buy a carpenters tool set and then complain that none of the tools do what I want them to do, like hammering in a screw. -

thanksokay here it is.
1.go to google, search for videora, find the videora converter (thats free) DOWNLOAD IT
2. start up the videora converter and click transcode new video, find the video in your files from ares/limewire or whereever and click it.
3. see the thing beside it that says "New transcoding", once you've clicked a file from #2 press START (do not fiddle with the settings they make it so that your ipod reads the information)
4. it will take minutes to hours depending on how big the file is.
5. once it is CONVERTED (be patient) : go to itunes click file at the top -> go to add file to library .
6. okay your file is in a folder that looks something like this: C:\Program Files\VideoraiPodConverter\Videos . therefore you need to find wherever you uploaded your program (videora) and find the file
labelled "videoraipodconverter" (unless you changed it)
7. once you find this file (in program files most likely) click on "videos" and your video should be there, uploaded and converted
8. there, you're done and it should play both sound and video on your ipod
okay, so enough topic dicussions about this.
please leave comments where i am too vague or it doesn't work and happy holidays
PS: if you're downloading from a CD or DVD you have to save it in a file before you can convert it. Try saving it in "my music"

i downloaded a song thats 3 and a half mins long and it plays for 40 seconds but i cant speak to apple about it because everytime i try find an address through this site it takes me in circles, wish a big company like this would make a site that is easy
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete track from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes (or delete it from your iPod and re-download it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app).
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads with the same problem then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

My nephew accidentally purchased the Big Gansta game and then bought stuff in the game. It cost $200 and I would like a refund. How can I talk to someone at itunes?
