How can I tell how many minutes my slideshow is?

I need to know the length of the show to pick music and to plan how many show I can get on a dvd.  Where is the length listed?  Or is it?

iDVD cuts you off at 12
If you're referring to 12 slideshows per menu that's true but you can have more than one menu with an additional 12 slideshows (actualluy it might be 11 since you have to replace one of the slideshows with a submenu link.
This screenshot is an example of submenus from a main menu:
Bottom line:  you can have more than just 12 slideshows per iDVD project.

I only know what it says in the article.  There it specifically says "iOS device" and it says. "You can view which devices or computers are  currently associated," and, "Next to each device or computer name, you will be able to see when each was associated to your Apple ID."  However, this is all in the context of, "When you turn on iTunes Match or Automatic Downloads, or when you download past purchases on an iOS device or computer, that device or computer becomes associated with your Apple ID."  I guess if somebody simply logs in it won't show.

Your current camera roll is stored in iCloud via the backup, and the photos in Photo stream are also stored in iCloud for about 4 weeks.
However, once you delete them on your iPad, they will disappear from your backup the next time it runs.
The best way to sort your issue out is to:
    1) Connect a Windows or OS X computer to Photo Stream.  This will get your current photos onto your computer.
    and/or
    2) Connect your iPad to a Windows or OS X computer through the USB cable, and sync the photos across before deleting them from your iPad. This will get photos and videos.

  • How can i tell how many emails i have selected in Mail?

Seems like a simple thing, something i use all the time in outlook. How can I tell how many emails I have selected/highlighted?
Or for that matter, how many emails are in a folder?

There is only one model of AirPort card for the Mac pro ( it is draft 802.11n compatible ). Some other intel Mac's may or may not have had the 802.11n enabler update applied. The enabler is/was a $1.99 download from Apple, so priced as the FTC deemed that it "added" features rather than revised existing firmware.

To find out what Mac model you have, append the last three characters of its serial number to http://www.everymac.com/ultimate-mac-lookup/?search_keywords= and load the page. If you're doing this to determine if it's compatible with Mavericks, the simplest way is probably to try downloading it; the Mac App Store will check.

How can I tell how much heap space is actually in use by a node? If I pass in ...
    set memory=1024m
    set java_opts=%java_opts% -Xms%memory%
set java_opts=%java_opts% -Xmx%memory%...then memory usage starts high and stays there. I feel like I don't really know how close I'm getting to exhausting my cluster's memory as I insert objects.

I know there are a couple of widgets that do this, but if I don't have those, how can I tell how long it's been since I last booted my Mac? Seems like, at a minimum, there would be a Unix command that would tell me this.
    Thanks!

  • How can I tell how much is uploaded to iCloud?

My entry appears to have been deleted from yesterday, I think.
    Anyway.
How can I tell what of my 7gb of data that needs uploading to iCloud has actually gone to iCloud?
It's mostly photos. But seeing as the Photostream will only give me new photos, not the old ones there's no way of telling how far I've got.  I can get about 1gb of data uploaded each night but I can only tell this is happening from looking at my ISPs stats on my account. The blue bar on my iPhone starts from the beginning each time.
When will this upload finally reach totality? And how will the iPhone know?

I'm not sure how else to phrase this?  I just want to know how far along my upload is, as I cannot do it all in one sitting - it would take ages - and every night when I start it rolling again the blue bar just starts from the beginning.
