Look in the "patches" folder under "<Program Files>\Business Objects\Crystal Reports 11". It will give you a folder listing for each service pack, monthly hotfix, and critical hotfix you have installed. If you are using Crystal Reports XI R2 you will want to look in your Add/Remove Programs instead.

I finally found the knowledge base article on here to find the exact version of a deski client
    KBase Article ID:68351
    Resolution
You can check the correct version number in two different places:
    Central Configuration Manager
Desktop Intelligence Report Server (Start > All programs > Business Objects XI Release 2 > BusinessObjects Enterprise > Central Configuration Manager).
    EXE Version Tab
    1. Browse to the drive where you installed Desktop Intelligence. For example:
    \Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\win32_86
    2. Right-click the busobj.exe file, click Properties then click the Version tab.
    More In formation
The following list shows what the version numbers should be depending on which patch combination you have:
    BO XIR2 RTM
    11.5.0.313
    BO XIR2 + SP1
    11.5.3.417
    BO XIR2 + SP1 + MHF1
    11.5.7.608
    BO XIR2 + SP1 + MHF1 + CHF16
    11.5.7.811
    BO XIR2 + SP1 + MHF1 + CHF20
    11.5.7.1048
    BO XIR2 + SP1 + MHF1+ SP2
    11.5.8.826
    BO XIR2 SP2 + FP2.1
    11.5.8.826
    BO XIR2 SP2 + FP2.2

  • How can I tell what service is running on port 8008?

I have installed Rumpus on a Mini running SLS 10.6.4 and I am trying to configure the web based file sharing module. It defaults to port 80 but that is blocked by my ISP, so I am trying to set it to 8008 instead. I have opened the port in my router, but Rumpus gives me this alert:
+"Another service is already running on the defined Web port. Turn off the other Web service so that the Rumpus Web server can accept connections.+
+OS X Personal Web Sharing can be disabled by unchecking the 'Personal Web Sharing' option on the 'Sharing' panel of the System Preferences window.+
+You will need to stop and restart Rumpus after disabling the other Web server for Rumpus to begin accepting connections."+
I have been unable to find any services running on port 8008. Web service is https only via port 443. Other running services include Address Book, AFP, DNS, FTP, iCal, OD, Push, and SMB.
How can I sniff this out?

I don't have a server to look at at the moment, but I don't think there's an option to set the iCal service to SSL only. IIRC you can set it to "Use" mode, where it serves over both plain (port 8008) and SSL (port 8443), or you can set it to "Redirect" in which case it still listens on port 8008, but just serves HTTP redirects to the SSL/8443 port.
Anyway, even if you can get iCal server to stop using port 8008, I wouldn't recommend using that port for something else because iCal clients are likely to try connecting to 8008 and get confused if they get something other than calendars back...

  • How can I tell what the iTunes build is before I download?

I am having difficulty finding out what the iTunes build is for the current download from the Apple site. I am running iTunes 7.6 (29); I assume the "29" is the build for my installed version. I also assume that Software Update will ignore build changes unless the version changes.
I do not want to download and install the current iTunes build unless it is different from my currently installled app. How can you tell what the specific version and build are from the Apple download site?
    Thanks!

I am running iTunes on Leopard.

    Humbly,

What version of Oracle are you running (standard or enterprise)?
Easist system is to run an AWR or statspack report. If you run either of these you will see sections on segments (so segments by logical reads, physical reads) which is easily digestible.
v$segment_statistics will also give you a breakdown on segment access.
