To change the Apple ID for purchasing, go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with the ID you want to use. (You will still be prompted for the password for the old ID when updating any apps purchased with the ID.)
To change the ID for FaceTime, do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime. For iMessage, do the same thing in Settings>Messages>Send & Receive.

Hi, I've made two versions of the same site, one in flash and one in HTML, but I want the browser to detect what version of flash is installed, if any and then load the appropriate version of my site. I used to have it so that it displays a HTML message within the same window dependant on the whether the user has the right flash version or not and that used to work perfectly, so I think it must be to do with the changes I made to the if and else statements within the checkFlash() function.
Here's how I've made it so far:

Bills are still being sent to me although I asked twice to terminate via customer service by phone. Two months have passed since the first call....

Are the bills for the standard amount, as if the line(s) are still connected and receiving service? If you terminated service and a bill was already being generated, then the cancellation would probably not happen before you received that bill; a second bill would be generated with closing costs and final payment due.
Did the bills include an early termination fee or indicate that this was a final, closing bill?

The only way to have the "None option is to buy a free app then choose create appleid. Setting up any other way will not have none option. You will need card to continue. You can remove it afterwards in itunes on the computer.
Itunes>itunes store (on left)>Account (on right)>edit payment info - Set to none.

If you are just visiting Singapore, then leave the account as it is. If you have moved there, then view your account using the iTunes app on a Mac or PC and change the country/region to your current location and address. If you do not have a bank card, you can fund your account using iTunes gift cards if available in Singapore.

It is not possible to create a new iCloud account using a Windows machine. You must create the account using a Mac (10.7.5 or more) or an IOS device (iPhone etc). Once that is done you can sign into and use the account on your Windows machine.

Sorry, but as scapesuiter said, there is no iTunes Store for Mexico, and no indication if or when one will be set up. So unless you have a legal residence in a country that does have an iTunes Store now, and have a credit card issued and billed to an address in that country, you will not be able to use the iTunes Store.
