Calls between Skype users are always free of any charge; if your calls require credit (or ask for a subscription), this means you are placing calls to fixed or land lines or mobile numbers, which require credit or a subscription to pay for the call charges.
You do not need to "change" your account; simply add those to whom you wish to call to your Skype contacts list. They will need to create their own Skype accounts in order to do this. I realize what I am about to write sounds a bit weird: to change the term of a Skype Number subscription, we need to permit it to expire, or in other words, reach the end of its term. Your Skype Number will be held on account for you for 90 days following the expiration date, so you can sign in even on the same day you receive the e-mail stating your Skype Number subscription has expired, to reinstate the subscription and change the term.
I had to ensure I had enough credit on account so my renewal would process successfully; if you plan to renew for a year and use credit for your payment method, remember to add enough credit to cover the cost of the annual subscription. You could also change your payment method at the time you reinstate/renew your Skype Number subscription.

I am not trying to forward calls to my cell phone but rather set up a VOIP line that is linked to my verizon wireless account and I would like to keep the number I am using with skype. It seems that a lot of folks are doing the opposite and maybe I am missing something but I need to set up a phone in the home office and skype isn't cutting it for my so my least expensive option is piggybacking on my cell phone. Hi, awr, and welcome to the Community,
You may "port" your Skype Number to another carrier if said carrier permits; what is typically confusing is that numbers may not be "ported in" to Skype.
It all depends upon if the carrier to whom you wish to transfer your Skype Number will accept the number and do the paperwork.

Ok, on your computer, navigate to ~/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates
(Note this is usually a hidden location, so choose the Go menu in the Finder, hold down Alt and you'll see Library appear. Select this).
In the iTunes/iPhone Software Updates folder you'll find the iOS update download (.ipsw file). Copy this to your wife's computer. Connect her iPad, open iTunes,
In the Info pane for her iPad, hold Shift and click on Update and then browse to and select the .ipsw file you copied over. iTunes will then use this locally stored file instead of re-downloading it again.

No, you cannot transfer a number (landline or mobile phone) to Skype. Skype does not participate in number-portability programs, so you would have to select a number from whatever Skype has available for the country and area/city code you desire.

How can I transfer a local mailbox to another user account on the same computer?

I have two user accounts on the same computer. I actually never really wanted two accounts, but a second one was generated when I chose to use the Migration Assistant to transfer my account from a previous computer to my current one, and I never did anything to delete the second one. Anyway, I have been using Mac Mail to view my work email messages from a Microsoft Exchange server. Awhile back, I was running out of space on my mail server, and decided to download a bunch of my email messages to local mailboxes in order to free up space.
Recently (for reasons that are not terribly relevant) I have decided to switch between the two user accounts on the computer. I have transfered all of my documents, apps, etc. to the new account. However, I haven't been able to find a way to transfer all the email that is in those local mailboxes, so that they are viewable/usable in the new account. Could somebody suggest the best way for me to do this? I am no longer going to use the old account, so the two do not have to be synced. I just want the mailboxes to be available for the new user account (with the same organizational structure).
I am currently running Mavericks (just upgraded last week).

A quick update....
I copied the folder in ~Library/Mail/V2/Mailboxes that contains all of my local mailboxes over to the same location in the new account. When I go into mail, the entire file structure is there, however it does not let me view (or search) any of the messages. The messages can be accessed through the Finder, though.
I tried to "Rebuild" the local mailboxes, but it didn't seem to do anything. Any advice would be appreciated.

Actually we are not mapping machine name something in webutil.cfg file. We just need to specify the path that from where we will transfer the file from application server to client. And the time time of transfer the path you will
choose for client webutil will transfer the file on that location automatically.
