my iphone broke. i have a new one and im trying to get all the music from the old one to the new one. i dont wanna delete all the music on the old phone i just wanna like "Copy" it to the new phone but i dont know how thats why im asking for help.

I feel I've explained plenty what you must do but you aren't getting it.
All music on your old iPhone should be in your iTunes library on your computer. Transfer the music from your iTunes library on your computer to your new iPhone in the same way it was transferred from your iTunes library to your old iPhone - via the iTunes sync/transfer process.
Since you prefer the manual way, you must manually drag and drop the same 377 songs from your iTunes library to your new iPhone - in the same way the 377 songs were manually transferred from your iTunes library to your old iPhone.
Or you can sync which provides more options overall. Create an iTunes playlist for the 377 songs. Select Sync Music under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes and choose selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres. Select the iTunes playlist below that includes the 377 songs followed by a sync.

You can use migration assitant which is located in the Utility Folder under Applications. The compters can be connected via ethernet, fire wire, or wifi. My recommendation is not to use wifi.
You run migration assistant on both machines and you can choose to transfer everything or just data.
Another way is to use migration assistant to restore from a time machine backup.

Simplest is to startup the new machine and when the setup assistant asks if you want to transfer stuff from another computer, say yes, hook up the old one, and follow the instructions. Any other procedure, and there are many, are more time-consuming and don't do the job any better than that. BTW, that should be described in the little manual that came with the machine.

Your music should be in your iTunes library, that is how it gets synced to the iPod. If that music is not present in the iTunes library, you will need to get a 3rd party software for the computer to get the music off the original iPod and then move it to the iTunes library to be able to sync it to the new iPod. Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself independently backed up against loss. To use a device witha different setup you transfer the old library from a computer or a backup directly to the new setup, not the device to the library. Media syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases which can be transferred to a computer.

When my iPod is plugged in I can click on 'transfer purchases' but this only restores the apps to iTunes.
When I had my old iPod classic, and was using an older version of iTunes, when I plugged my iPod into a new iTunes it said something along the lines of 'there is music on this iPod that is not currently in your iTunes, would you like to transfer to iTunes?' But there is no option like this now, I don't know if it's because its a different and newer iPod, or because a newer version of iTunes.
Please tell me there's a way to copy all my music from my iPod to my computer, and preferably straight into iTunes so I don't have to input all the info again.
