Hi,
I have some video courses saved on my PC, what is the best practice to transfer those video to ipad mini ?!
I read about iTunesU but seems it works only with featured courses !
I want to keep my courses on my ipad, so can anyone help me with that please ?!

I've got an iPad Mini running ios 7.1.2.
I've got a Windows laptop running Windows 7 with iTunes 11.3.1.2.
I recorded a video of an interview with my elderly mother which I want to transfer to my laptop for editing and saving for the family.
I'd like to use Sync but Sync scares me every time I look at it that it will start erasing things from one place or another. Looks like the unstated assumption is "Sync" from PC to iDevice, not the direction I want to go.
So, I've done the google searching and haven't found anyone answering this issue but I've found dozens of adds from third party software I can buy to do what apple should provide for as a foundational, basic capability which leads me to think that they have purposefully not given people this capability for some reason. The iPad Mini also doesn't appear in Windows Explorer so I can't find the videos myself.
Anyone have a blessedly simple way I'm just not seeing? Is it safe to use Sync and not lose this precious video forever after it flashes its warning of erasing things?

Okay, I figured out that Windows has "AutoPlay" settings which can automatically download photos and videos from a newly connected device, such as an iPad Mini. I think I could open it in Windows Explorer too that way but the auto download solved my problem.

The MP4 might be errorenously packed (the case with some cameras; say, the Race Optics T.A.C.K. http://www.raceoptics.com/tackhd.php ) or, which is far more common, it has a higher H.264 level than allowed. (4.1 is allowed for synching, while a lot of Full HD videos are 4.2 or 5.1).
The best solution in these cases is
- repackaging the MP4 with avidemux (first case)
- using Subler to directly edit the level (second case)
It's certainly worth spending some time to find out which category your videos belong to and, if the second (which is highly likely) learning Subler (or, if you're on Windows, some other tools). It'll save TONS of your time (no recompression needed) and, as it won't touch the video stream, it won't degrade its quality either, unlike any kind of recompression (including using the, otherwise, excellent Handbrake).
First, check out Subler as it's most probably the solution to your problem. Actually, you can use iCloud and the way that you so it is to log into iCloud.com on the Mac (use Safari for best results) click on the Pages icon and then drag the Pages files into the browser window. It works the other way around as well. Log into iCloud.com on the Mac and download the files from Pages (that you created on the iPad) in iCloud onto your Mac. You can click on the file in the documents window and select it to Download by clicking on the Gear icon or right click upon the file and select download.
The files will then sync to the Pages app on the iPad - assuming hat you have use iCloud tuned on in Settings>Pages>Use iCloud>On. I have an iMac running Tiger 10.4.11 that I can still move Pages/Word files back and forth Iike this.
Also, File Sharing with iTunes is a great way to move the files back and forth.

Did you backup your device after you took the video but before you deleted it? If so, restore your device with that backup. If not, then there's no way to retrieve that video.
