i format my pc and all my song are store on my ipod , i reinstall itune but cant transfert song from my ipod into my library, it only give me choice to erase my toon on my ipod to replace it

There is no way to transfer songs backwards from the iPod to the computer thru iTunes. You would have to search for an external program to do this.

iTunes includes an option to transfer iTunes content that was purchased/downloaded from the iTunes store from an iPod, iPad, or iPhone, but this is for iTunes content that was purchased/downloaded from the iTunes store only.
With your iPod connected, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPod.
If you had Sync Music selected under the Music tab for your iPod sync preferences with iTunes, after downloading a song from the iTunes store direct with your iPod, the song would be copied to your iTunes library automatically the first time you sync your iPod with iTunes after doing so.
Manually managing music and videos is manual all the way.

Within Windows' folder options, select the option to view all hidden and system files. Then access your iPod through My Computer. Go into the transulcent iPod "ipod_control" folder. There's a folder in there called 'Music'. All your songs are in the several folders within this folder.
Sadly they're all renamed by iTunes, but all artist, album and song name information is retained within the files. You can simple copy the files from this folder onto your hard drive and add them into iTunes as normal.

Once you are connected to your Home Share, select Music and you should see a button that says "All Items" and on the right, you should see the Import button. To copy, select the songs you want to import and then click on Import.

one way to can simply do this (if dragging and dropping won't work), is to simply put the songs that you would like in the playlist into the On-The-Go playlist in your iPod. Once you have put these songs into the On-The-Go folder (by highlighting the song and holding down the center button), simply plug the ipod back into your computer, and rename the folder with the songs in it. You can't copy directly from one iPod to another, you have to copy the songs back to iTunes and update the new iPod from there. There are several ways you can accomplish this. The first link after the Apple support document below provides step-by-step instructions for the direct method if you have a PC as well as a few third party applications (for both the Mac and PC) if you choose to go that route instead. You can also do a simple google search for "copy music from iPod to computer" and you should receive a number of sites that can help you out.
Just make sure that when you have your iPod plugged into your computer, that you don't hit "Erase and Sync" before completing the task of copying your music over.
Also, if you have any purchased music, you will probably have to re-authorize your computer by heading to the Store drop down menu and choosing "Authorize computer."
