How can I unathorize the computers so I can authorize a new one??

I had to format my HD and now I can´t use my buys from iTune store "new" computer.. can anyone help?

I did the same thing on my MacBook Pro so it may not work the same way on your computer but give this a try.
When in iTunes go to the Store menu and "Deauthorize Computer.." Once this process has finished "Authorize Computer.." from the Store menu, this will ensure that you still have the correct number of authorizations available.

I have a brand new TC and I wish to change the name of the drive (remove the space) and erase it. I've launched the Airport Utility, gone to EDIT-DISKS....and I have no options for what I need. There's no erase button. I can't click on the drive and rename it. I am terribly baffled. I'm connecting to it via its wifi from my MBP.

By default the disk share in the TC is named data
You must have changed it for it to have a space in it..
Jump down to the last screenshot for how to change just the name of the disk.. you need to uncheck the enable file sharing.
But if that doesn't work, follow the whole process from the top.. factory reset etc.
Do a full factory reset of the TC..
Do it this way.
Unplug your TC/AE. Hold in reset. and power the TC/AE back on.. without releasing reset keep holding it for about 10sec. When the status light flashes rapidly; release it.
Be Gentle! Feel the switch click on. It has a positive feel.. add no more pressure after that.
TC/AE will reboot after a couple of minutes with default factory settings and will wipe out previous configurations.
No files are deleted on the hard disk.. No reset of the TC deletes files.. to do that you use erase from the airport utility.
In the MBP make sure your wireless is set to ipv6 for link-local. This is important.
Now open the airport utility again.
The TC will list as unconfigured wifi device, and you can run through the configuration or you can manually do it..
Just select configure other from the main menu.
Then punch in the IP address which will show up as router in the wifi in the computer.
After a reset it will be default anyway so just type in 10.0.1.1 No password
Now you will get the manual setup screen and you can do the setup over again and change the disk name.
For Mavericks I recommend you use all short names with no spaces and pure alphanumeric.
To change the name of the disk uncheck the file sharing.. otherwise the name cannot be changed.
Once you change the name you can re-enable the file sharing.

Very simple. Turn off Find my iDevice, then Tap Settings, General, Erase, Erase all content and settings.

YES, that is the free 5GB icloud memory for each apple ID. Can I not add the free 5Gb of my second Iphone to my original apple ID (5GB also) as I want to use one Apple ID name on both 2 Iphones? If your "older" MBA has a Thunderbolt port then it isn't that old. See Target Disk Mode about how it's used. Note that without a monitor you won't be able to tell from the screen when it has fully started, and if it succeeded in starting in TDM. If it did, then the hard drive should appear on the Desktop of your new computer. You can then access it to transfer your files. You can even use Migration Assistant or any backup utility to transfer data. Just don't try to transfer system files.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

iPods (except for iPod touch) are not linked to any iTunes "account." They are associated with your iTunes library. The account in iTunes is your Apple ID, and that is used to buy and download content from the iTunes Store. It is not required to use an iPod.
The 1st (and 2nd) gen shuffle can only be used with one iTunes library at a time. When you connect it, iTunes should prompt you to start using it with your iTunes library, and warn that the shuffle's existing content will be erased. Have iTunes erase the shuffle, and it will be associated with your iTunes library going forward. You can then add content to your shuffle.
The need for the previous owner's Apple ID and password should only come up if you are trying to transfer existing content from the shuffle to your iTunes library, AND the previous owner had content purchased from the iTunes Store. Just cancel out of that step, if iTunes asks.

But as photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to the iPad, any that you then copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they originally were on your computer.

I would contact Apple under your warranty. I doubt you received a new iPod since Apple's policy is to give you a refurbished iPod.
