How can I uninstall CentOS from vmware workstation 7?

I am a beginner in Oracle 11g course and I have installed Cent OS 4.8 i386 on vmware wk-7 for unix hands-on, but unfortunately ended up in improper installation. My host operating system is Windows XP. Now, I would like to uninstall CentOs from vmware and install RHEL4 instead. Please suggest me a step by step procedure on how to uninstall it as I will be installing Oracle 11.2.0 after I finish installing Linux successfully. OR Is it that if one wants to remove an OS from vmware, then the vmware itself be uninstalled? If so, please advice me the procedural steps on doing so.

Why bother to uninstall? Simply delete your CentOS virtual machine and create an new one. To delete a virtual machine from the host computer, hover your mouse to the virtual machine name in the vmware favorites list, right-click and select "delete form disk". Then create a new virtual machine.
There is no technical difference between CentOS and RHEL or Oracle Linux. Why bother with RHEL 4 or CentOS 4.8? Why don't you install Oracle Linux 5 instead? You can download it from http://edelivery.oracle.com/linux for free. Then mount the downloaded .iso image and have vmware start form it. After installing the OS, setup public yum following instructions at http://public-yum.oracle.com/. Then install "yum install oracle-validated" to install all prerequisite packages for Oracle 11g and continue installing Oracle 11gR2.

You should be able to uninstall iTunes by going into Control Panel on your computer, finding iTunes in the list of your installed programs, highlighting it, and clicking Uninstall at the top of that list.

To completely remove DarwinPorts, you do indeed need to delete /opt/*. You should also delete /Library/Tcl/darwinports1.0 and also check to see if you have a folder called DarwinPortsStartup in /Library/StartupItems... if you find it, delete that too.
That should totally rid your system of DP. Keep in mind that it will also remove all of the software that you installed using DP.

A possible cause is security software (firewall,anti-virus) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

If HP ePrint is not showing up in your Uninstall a Program window then follow these instructions:
1. Open devices and printers folder.
2. Right click on the HP ePrint printer > On the pop up menu, click remove device.
3. Highlight any other printer in the folder > go to the top task bar > click on Print Server Properties
4. The Print Server Properties Dialogue box will open up. Click on the Ports Tab.
5. Click on Change Driver Settings (box at the very bottom left) > find the HP ePrint driver. (screenshot shots both steps)
5. Click Remove > Remove Driver and Package Dialogue box will open up > Click on Remove Driver and Driver Package.
This should complete the uninstall process for you.

ClicktoFlash is installed on my Lion server (mac mini) and it's driving me crazy. I can't figure out how to uninstall it since it doesn't even list under the Help>Installed Plug-ins and I can't find a ~/Library folder (secondary question: does Lion server not have a Library folder for each user folder?)

There have been two versions of it. The older version is a plugin, and could be in either of the following folders:
/Library/Internet Plug-Ins
~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins
To open the user Library folder, hold down the option key and select Go > Library from the Finder menu bar.
The newer version is a Safari extension, and you can disable or remove it by selecting Safari > Preferences > Extensions from the Safari menu bar.

This morning, I try to reopen Creative cloud and it gives me information "up to date" for Photoshop CS6 application, but this application is not in my application folder. Im having the exact same issue - i got the 30days 3 triel. down loaded photoshop CC - then due to my laptop messing up i had to remove it - but in the app sectin of creative cloud its still classed as installed. . even though it's not. . now i cant reinstall it as all it says is update
and i have done every thing in all the link people have provided, removed the OOBE files,And doing the aplicatin remover dose nothing. but the app is still their and i am unable to use photosho cc.

How can I uninstall my Photoshop CS3 from my Mac OS Extended (Journaled)? It has never opened, since I increased the Mac's capacity to 2 TB. Now I want to throw the Photoshop CS3 away and get a brand new Photoshop CS5. There does not seem to be an uninstaller anywhere to be found. Adobe spent an hour and a half on the phone with me and could not find a work-around. We tried to reinstall the CS3 from the disk, but the installations failed.
An earlier Photoshop CS2 is also on the computer and needs to be uninstalled.
Is there a way to rescue my computer and put the new Photoshop on it?

You need to manually delete the caps.db (somewehre in the Library:Application Support:Adobe folder) and then you can trash the program folders. Without an existing caps.db, a new one wil lbe created from scratch and al linstalls should run as if there never was anything on the system just as conversely you should not have trouble simply deleting the old versions...
