How can I upload old pictures and videos stored in my icloud to my new windows laptop?
I haven't had a laptop in years and have been backing up my iPhone solely on the icloud. I now have a new laptop and would like to access old photos and videos from my old icloud backups. How may I do that on this new windows laptop?

Since you have iCloud available you also can use a service called My Photo Stream. See this article -

This will allow you to see all of your photo and video content on devices using it.

If you do not have other copies, then you will need to download the files from zenfolio to your hard drive and then upload them to revel. Thanking you so much to be interested about my answer but what I figured out is as long as you bought your iPhone from gulf or Arabian area it will not has face time application cause I think apple has made special software for Arabian areana to privent facetime according to special request by phone cells companies and one of my friends has told me if you want to make sure that your iPhone not for Arabian areana you should check the model number on your iPhone backside if it ends with 29 it means it's for Arabian countries if other numbers it's gonna be for US. Or Hongkong so it's ok

If you are using iPhoto 11...
Highlight the photo (s) you want to add to a stream and then click "add to" at the bottom right and select iCloud.
This will then give you the option to add them to an exisitng stream or create a new one. -

You cannot use Apple TV.. again the TC is not a media device and has no media extensions.
You can store video files on the TC.. but the ATV must work either via airplay so you run the video on an ipad for instance and send the screen view to the apple tv or you have itunes running on a computer.
BTW a WD live TV can play video files from a TC.. because it is a true media player.. the Apple TV is not a media player.. it is a streamer. -

many thanks for your help- If you backed up the iPod after taking the photos then restoring from backup will recover the photos. To restore from backup see the restoring topic of:

If you restore via iTunes make sure that autosyncing is turned off. Go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says prevent iPods...".

If they are in photo stream and your computer meets the minimum system requirements (OS X 10.7.2 or higher and iPhoto '11 9.4 or later or Aperture 3.4 or later; or Vista SP2 or later if you have a PC), set up iCloud on your computer and enable photo stream, as explained here: http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/. You'll get any photo stream photos from the last 30 days.
Camera roll photos are stored in your iCloud backup, and can only be recovered by restoring the entire backup to another iPhone or iPod Touch that is running the same or higher version of iOS as the phone you backed up. -

BillJaYou should get the mobile version of YouTube which sends Firefox a notice to open it in the YouTube App. That will have a much better playback experience than running Flash in the browser.

Restore is like wiping hard drive of the computer, to get anything back in that case is only possible if you have backup. If you did create backup, follow instructions here to restore from it.

Pictures from where? Did you shoot the pictures with the iPad which would have them saved them to the Camera Roll? If so, you can restore from a backup if you have a backup with the photos in them.
Do you ever backup your iPad? If not, there is no way to recover them. -

No. The data that you downloaded from your iPhone will remain on your MBP.
