How can I use an American credit card to pay for a membership from outside the US?

How can I use an American credit card to pay for a membership from outside the US? My payment page is set up for Japanese credit cards. I can't change to the US store, because the "Select a Store" page just jumps to the "Products" page.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be much appreciated!

The address and the country on the Credit Card should match the billing address then only payment would be possible.

First, to prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your iPod. You may also want to turn off the ability to install apps, to prevent purchases in case the child gets hold of your iTunes Store account information, and set the password to be required immediately. As to a refund, that's not automatic since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

They're usually pretty lenient in the case of inadvertent purchases by children. No guarantees, though, just as if your child was in a store and ate a bunch of food (in other words, something that can't just be returned).

How can I use an international credit card when I bought my iPad in china and currently a residence of china?

I want to purchase apps and because I reside in CHina the options for payment are Chinese banks and yet I hold an international credit card. I want to pay for my apps and unfortunately because I am not a Chinese citizen, I don't hold a local credit card but debit cards, does it mean I can't use my international British bank credit card to buy apps in China, as I also bought my IPad in China. If your account's balance didn't cover the total purchase price then the extra amount over your balance will have been charged to your credit card - it's too late after purchasing the item to change how you paid for it. If you don't want your credit card to potentially be charged for purchases then you could remove it from your account :

I have $51.31 sitting waiting to be redeemed on my Itunes toolbar, but apple
has locked me out until I renew my credit card info.
My husband and I recently decided to acquire a new Credit Card and keep it off the internet
for security reasons.
My question is, why can't I pay for Icloud with an Itunes redeem card?
and why can they lock me out of my Itunes site when I have $51.31 left from redeem cards owed to
me on the site. I can't reenter the code as they want, as I no longer have the card- code
because I threw it away over a week ago not anticipating
this problem. Would be grateful if anyone has any info.

For apps, sorry but no. Canadian users cannot, for reasons not well explained, cannot purchase software from the iTunes Store via prepaid cards. You'll need to enter in a credit card, at least temporarily, to pay off the balance.

Using the steps from the article above (iTunes Store: Changing your payment information), you should be able to select "None" as your payment method. This will remove your credit card from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID).
Changing your payment information using an iOS device
Tap Settings on the Home screen.
Tap iTunes & App Stores.
Tap your Apple ID. (If you aren't signed in, enter your Apple ID and password and tap Sign In.)
Tap View Apple ID.
Enter your Apple ID password.
In the Edit section, tap Payment Information.
Update the information that you want to change.
Note: You can find the payment methods that the iTunes Store accepts in the Payment Type section. If you don't want a payment method on your account, select None in the Payment Type section.

Thank you for allowing me to clarify. As it says in that article:
"When you initiate a new purchase, it will be billed directly to the family organizer's account, unless you have gift or store credit."
These are the only current billing options in Family Sharing. Using a second credit card is not currently an option.

Sorry, but there's no way to force the iTunes Store to use your credit card. If there's a credit balance available, purchases will be deducted from that first.
