I do not think the Zeen will work if you no longer have the C510 printer. The printer is necessary to ensure the Zeen is up to date. The Zeen is simply not a standalone device, it is a component of the printer. I can not say this with certainty that it will not work, so it is worth trying to reset the Zeen to finding out for sure.
When you see this message, "must dock the Zeen to the printer to continue", can you access the settings using the 3rd icon above the touch screen? If so we can do a factory reset, if not there is no other way I can think of to bypass this message.
I just tried a reset on a Zeen I have access to, after the initialization, it prompts me to attach the Zeen to the printer to continue with product setup. it appears my original speculation was correct. No, you can not use the Zeen without the printer.

I´ve already created the ID, but I´m not allowed downloading apps without reviewing mi ID in the iTunes store. The problem is that while I`m reviewing my account, I´m asked to give a credit card number, etc. there is not another option, at least in the window that appears to me. The thing is that I don’t have a credit card.

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free content without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

You can create an iTune and App Store account without credit card details
1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address
11. Submit application for new Apple ID
12. Wait for verification email
13. When email arrive, verify your account
14. Start downloading your free apps

Itunes verifies your account using your cc info. You will need to enter the cc info.

It sounds like you do not want to add a credit card to your Apple ID. If you are not seeing the "None" option when updating your billing information, I recommend the following article:

I followed the instructions 3 times
- on my daughters iPod Touch (old iPhone 4). My daughter purchased a book from i Books which I why I need to find a way to not associate a credit card with an Apple ID.
- on my iPhone 5
- on my Macbook Pro via iTunes running Mountain Lion
In all three cases the behavior was very similar. I was never presented with the "None" option. Most of the time I was presented with only credit card options and the last time I was presented with an option for a credit card or paypal.
How can there not be an option for a child to download free apps and books (age appropriate) without being able to purchase apps, games and books?

None is not an option in all Countries and/or Regions.
If the None Option is not available to you on an existing Apple ID there is not much you can do.

I wanted my teenager's AppleID to be different from mine so that she couldn't charge stuff to my AppleID, therefore I created me another one. Now when I go to Sync either device, it tells me that this IOS device can only be synced with one AppleID. Then I get a message to erase it, not going to do that, lol. If I logout as one ID and login as the other, will it still retain all synced information on the PC from the first IOS device? If I can just log in out of the AppleID, then I have no problem doing that as long as the synced apps, music, etc stays there for both. I am not trying to copy from one to the other, just want to make sure I have a backup for the UhOh times. If logging in and out on the same PC of multiple AppleIDs is acceptible then I need to be able to authorize the PC for both devices. Thanks for the help. I am new to the iOS world.

I forgot to mention that she has a PC at her house that she also syncs to. Would this cause a problem. I am already getting that pop up saying that the iPod is synced to another library (even though she is signed in with her Apple ID to iTunes) and gives the pop up to Cancel, Erase & Sync, or Transfer Purchases. My question arose because she clicked on "Erase & Sync" by mistake when she plugged the iPod to her PC the first time. When the iPod was purchased and setup, it was synced to my PC first. When she went home, she hooked it up to her PC and then she erased it by accident. I was able to restore all the missing stuff yesterday using my PC. However, even after doing that it still told me the next time I hooked it up last night that the iPod was currently synced with a different library. Hopefully, you can help me understand all this. She wants to sync her iPod and also backup her iPod at both places. Both PCs have been authorised. Thanks
