I am used to MS windows, and I feel iTunes very complex and unpractical.
How could I use iPAD2 like windows?
For example, I would need to, but not limited to, transfer file by file from PC and iPAD and viceversa.

Are you referring to an equivalent to the Windows Character Map Application (charmap.exe) that allowed you to see the various characters available in each font, and then give you an ALT-nnn number you could key to use the character you wanted ?
If so you can use the Special Characters from the Edit menu of most applications. Once you have located the character/symbol you want double click it and it will be entered wherever you cursor is located in your application.

You tried it with Skype or other similar service?
You can get a Skype phone number and treat your web enabled device (laptop or iPad) as a phone.
Not sure about the Bluetooth thing though, worth a try.
There are some logistical issues however, for one you need complete internet access. if you lose 3G service your system probably wont work on a degraded network like Edge or GPRS.
Also, incoming calls will not behave the same way as an incoming call on your phone, for example, you'll need to enter your password before you can access Skype and then launch the app. Chances are you'll have missed the call by then.

How can I use the MS Windows Key in Linux

I'm using KDE 4.3 and want to use the MS Windows Key to open the KDE start menu.
I tried to add the Windows Key by pressing as a "KDE Application Launcher" hotkey, but the window key wasn't accepted as a hotkey.
Is it possible to add this key as a hotkey?

/usr/bin/xmodmap -e "keycode 133 = F30" &
...where keycode 133 is my win key. I assign it to F30 (it can be any number besides 1-12, I guess), and then it's just a matter of configuring escape key (in your case, it'll be kde start menu) to F30.

Instead of relying on your experience as a computer user, branch out into the world of apps. Apps (or at least, good ones) are optimized for viewing comfort so you can read - and enjoy your reading.
Use the New York Times app for basic news. Some of the better magazine apps include New Yorker and Science News. Flipboard is outstanding as a visual approach to news. The major networks and news aggregators offer technically agile apps for news.
Perhaps you can list what you're using for read your news, and we can come up with something that will do the same job, better.

How can I use Ipad to view and delete photos from SD card without importing?

Importantly I would like to view the photos from the SD card in full screen (vs. just a thumbnail) before deciding whether to delete.
It seem's that with the camera connection kit you can only view them as thumbnails before importing.

I tried reading the manual but it is all gibberish to me - I am a tech idiot. You can not connect to the USB port on the TV. You need to purchase an AV cable or use a WiFi network and Apple TV to stream the content using AirPlay.

I can go through the entire installation process (will ask my agreeance to the license, run quicktime, etc) and right before the final step I keep getting this message: "Administrator has set policies against this installation" . Is it your computer? Are you logged into the Admin account? Currently there is no way to activate an iPad 2 without iTunes.
That will change this Fall with iOS 5, which will cut the cable. But until then we are stuck with using iTunes.
