How can I use just a piece of an audio track?

I am trying to trim an audio track so that I only add the middle of the track to my iMovie project, but I can't figure how to do that.
Any tips?

Open the track into the clip editor. Drag the beginning and end to trim it to the middle.

In the C309, How can I use just the regular black ink cartridge only?

I just bought a HP C-309 a short time ago. I bought a HP reg black cartridge XL quite quickly. This thing is a sweet
machine, works perfectly, but is a terrible terrible ink hog.
Had I known, I would have gone for the Kodak which touts much lower ink costs.
I only use this thing for documents. I do not want to keep putting color cartridges in. They are all on low except for the black XL cartridge. How can I set it up to use only this cartridge for black and white..and just leave the color ones on empty.
I will have to get rid of it if I have to keep feeding it this way. The ink levels seem always low. By the way, the help asks me for model number. They want to know whether it is 309n or 309g. I see no way to find out..no notations on machine or purchase documents. HP, if you need this info...make it easy for the consumer to FIND the info...gheesh!

There are several circumstances when color ink may be used—primarily to improve print quality, and sometimes to improve printer reliability—even if the document appears to be only black text-and-graphics. Many HP printers utilize chemical interactions to improve the quality and permanence of plain paper black text-and-graphics by adding small amounts of color ink to certain black areas. Some dark images which look black to human eye may contain a combination of black and color inks. For black and white images and photos or grey black which we think as black, a blend of colors called "composite black" may be used to achieve significantly better image quality and smoother gray tones than can be accomplished with black inks alone. Some inkjet printers utilize pigmented black ink, which is incompatible with some inkjet photo paper. In this case, dark or black areas are made up of color inks.
For users who wish to print utilizing just black ink (despite the reduced print quality), many HP printers offer options. For example, a driver color setting (by selecting "print in grayscale with the black cartridge only" in printing preferences) specifies printing using only black ink. In addition, many IPH printers can operate in "reserve mode," which allows the user to continue to print with just the black cartridge when the color cartridge is removed or not installed.In HP IIC systems like your printer C309, all supplies are required to be installed in the printer for the printer to function.
To find the correct model number for your printer, you can just open the carriage access door and on the right side you can see the model number. For OJ Pro printers, we need to open the cartridge access door on the front left side to see the model number.

30" display and 15" PowerBook. How can I use just the 30"?

So i just got a 30" monitor. Hooked it up to my 30" and it works great. But when i use design applications its a bummer because the top menu bar is on the small 15" monitor. Then I use mirror displays but think it such a waste of space to not use the PowerBooks sweet screen. How can I just use the 30" monitor by itself from my laptop?

If you want to use only the external display, attach the power adapter,and an external keyboard and mouse. Close the lid. The computer will sleep, but will wake, and continue to run with the lid closed, when you use the external keyboard or mouse.

If I have a list of Vimeo videos on a webpage, how can I use just one video frame and have all videos play in that one frame?

I am creating a page with a list of Vimeo video links. I want to have only one video frame on the page. So no matter which video link a user clicks on, the chosen video needs to play in that one video frame on the page. How do I do this in Muse?

You can use composition widget for this. Insert the video details in trigger container and then insert that corresponding vimeo video widget in that specific target container. So It would work like, users will click on different video buttons but the actual video will play on same frame which is actually a target container of composition.
The ID that we use for vimeo widget cannot be used for different videos on same time , because every video shares its own ID and url. But you can surely try the above.

Welcome to the Apple community.
iTunes and iCloud and different accounts, you will need to delete both accounts from your device before adding the new details in their place.
For iCloud go to settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit the delete button. You can then sign back in using your correct details. For iTunes go to settings >store, tap your account ID and then sign out, you can then sign back in using your correct Apple ID.

When talking about a specific image posting the image may be useful.
One can use a Layer Mask and add a white Layer underneath.

1) Congratulations on purchaing an iMac. But an iMac is not considered a laptop.
2) Apps you bought for you iPhone and iPad can interchange with each other, but can NOT run on an Imac or a MacBook.
You will have to buy the same title again from the Mac App Store. When you do, you can run them on your iMac and your MacBook.

It sounds like you are talking about the cloning tool?
Tool looks like this:
Then when selected you can change the size of the brush and using Alt (windows) and Command (Mac) to select your region you want to copy then start to create you cloned image.

You cannot use it. You would have had to set it up on your ipod itself before you lost it. Since you did not "turn on the icloud", then you have not set up find my ipod.

Was your phone locked to T-Mobile? If so, it needs to be unlocked before you can use it here. I believe you can use it with AT&T or T-Mobile here, but you won't get 4G/LTE speeds.
