Is there any way to use the Netflix app on my iPad while traveling out of the country? I am curently in Russia. I downloaded software to mask my IP address on my laptop. Is this possible for the iPad?

There's no way to mask or hide an IP address on an iPad that I am aware of. As to using Netflix from outside of your country, ask Netflix about that.

You can't. It has to be on and able to connect to a network or it can't transmit its location.

You can't, well not easily anyway. The iPad is not meant as a multi account device.
You can Sign Out of your iTunes account in Settings->iTunes and App Stores->Apple ID->Sign Out
However if you sign in with another ID and then download past purchases with it you will lock out the previous ID for 90 days. Which means it will not be able to be used on the iPad for 90 days.

Unless something has changed, you can't. The iPad has limited ability to make repeats. However if you make the custom repeats in another program you can send them to or import them into your calendar and the iPad will respect the custom repeat.

If the app is no longer installed on the iPad then you should get prompts about updates to it in the App Store app - as efectively there is nothing for it to update. If you are being prompted to download updates to them then are you sure that they are no longer on the iPad ?
If you are being prompted on your computer's iTunes then if you delete them for the App part of you computer's Library then you shouldn't be prompted about them.

How can I use a web app to provide me with results from a matrix?

I have a need to set up a search type box based off a matrix. This is a matrix which shows a list of zip codes down the left column, and a list of products across the top, and the corresponding field from a zip code and a product is the freight rate.
e.g.
          Product 1     Product 2     Product 3     Product 4

4567     $11               $11               $13               $17
5678     $55               $54               $27               $35
so the freight rate to 4567 for product 3 is $13.
Then what i want to have is a drop down list for a customer to select the product, then a field to enter their zip code, and the search result will be the cross referenced freight rate.
Is this possible? If so, can someone guide me as to how this would be done?

Throw this open to the community to chip in, but off the top of my head.... thinking of something along lines of:
Create 3 web apps,
Product (Fields Product Name & ProductID)
Zipcode (Fields Area Desc & Zipcode)
Freight Rates (Fields FreightRateID (made up of ProductID_ZipCode), Freight Rate)
Create a web app search form for Web App Freight Rates with:
Product select, with options drawn from web app 1 using ProductID for value.
Zipcode select, with options drawn from web app 2 using Zipcode for value.
Hidden FreightRateID field.
Once a visitor has selected their product and zipcode, using javascript concatenate the selected ProductID with selected Zipcode.
This will produce a FreightRateID (e.g. PROD1_4567), which can be loaded into the hidden FreightRateID field.
When submitted, it will perform a web app search for a Freight Rate that matches the chosen product and zipcode, ie. FreightRateID.
To make entry of the freight rates easier, maybe add 2 datasource fields to the Freight Rate web app for Product and Zipcode.
Then create a front end web app add/edit (via a secure zone) to allow entry to be done by:
Select product, select zipcode then enter freight rate. (FreightRateID can be created and populated in same way as search above)

When yosemite was released, i was excited to install it but the problem is that i don't want my main os to be compromised because i think that yosemite is kinda new and it's only 10.0 version and Dota 2 does not work on Yosemite and it's very unstable according to Steam forums and many other sites. My main OSX is still mountain lion and the only os x version that makes dots 2 stable. What i did is I partitioned my hard drive into two one for my main os and one for yosemite. When i open the finder in Yosemite, i can see my mountain lion disk where all my files located at? Can i use those files without copying it because my yosemite disk is only 40 gb and my projects and sample audios is 60 gb and open apps from that disk to yosemite? Thanks. Sorry for the long text. My iMessage application stopped working. iMessage is apparently having trouble logging in using my apple_id. It works fine with my iPhone and iPad. When attempting to login to iMessage using my apple_id I get the following message "The server encountered an error processing registration. Please try again later." If I try to log into the appstore, I simple get "An unknown error has occurred" Any suggestions?

I was recently trying to upgrade to mountain lion through the app store. I have unreliable Internet from a cable company whom I will not name, but we all know who they are. My Internet dropped while downloading the upgrade. Once I went through the notorious unplug the modem/router and plugged it back in to gain Internet connectivity again, I could not resume. No matter what I did, the app store kept displaying "an error occurred." I am hoping that those with the same issue read this first to save them hours of skimming through the Internet to find a solution. Here are the steps to take:
1. Make sure you have reestablished Internet connection
2. Chances are you got frustrated when you tried to resume/unpause the download and clicked the "X" to the left. If so, select the "Store" drop-down menu from the App Store and select "View My Account." There should be an option to unhide your purchase. You know what to do.
3. There is also an option to reset all warnings for buying and downloading under "View My Account." Do this, click "Done," sign out of the App Store and quit the App Store.
4. Open the Preferences in safari and select Privacy. Select "Remove All Website Data." Just do it.
5. Launch the app store and sign in.
6. Now, if you "Check for Unfinished Downloads" everything works peachy.
I hope this helps. Not much I can do for your Internet connection though.

I don't recall PowerShell V3 introducing anything new to handle local users and groups. You need to use PowerShell V1 methods, using the [ADSI] accelerator and the WinNT: provider. The scripts linked above show this. No need to use WMI (which would probably
be slower).
