How can I use the same Apple Id on two different devices without having to re-enter my payment details

I have a Macbook Pro and an iPad2 which I sync to the Macbook. Sometimes I buy apps straight from the iPad and other times from the Macbook but each time I change from one to the other I have to re-enter my payment details. Can I set my account up to recognise that I may buy from both of these devices?

Apple "verifies" your Apple ID account information with every purchase of all free or paid apps whether iOS devics or computers.
Apple wants to make sure someone else hasn't compromised your account.

I use SyncToy 2.0 to keep two instances of my library in sync. SyncToy's preview will show which files it is about to update giving you a chance to spot unexpected changes and during the run only the changed files will be copied saving lots of time.
As long as I sync after making updates at one instance of the library before making any updates at the other then everything works just fine. I periodically run iTunes Folder Watch to check for any orphaned entries or new items that haven't been imported into the active library. If your machines are regularly networked together this process is fairly straightfoward. Mine are in disparate locations so I use one of the (physically) small WD My Passport host powered drives which I take between home & work, synchronising at either end. This gives me three complete copies of my library so I'm covering backup & synchronisation in the same operation.
When connecting my iPod at either location iTunes recognises itself as the "home" library for the iPod so I'm able to use the sync with selected playlists option without getting warning messages about the iPod being synced with a different library.

My sister and I have two iPads and, due to a problem I face with my Apple ID, I use her Apple ID to download apps from the Apple Store. However, when I download an app it gets downloaded on her iPad as well. So far, the opposite never occurred but it's still a bit frustrating...
Why is this happening? Is there a solution?

If you want to keep your contacts and other data you sync with iCloud separate, you'll have to create separate iCloud accounts, which will require different IDs. If you share the same iCloud account/ID on multiple devices, the synced data will be merged and will appear on all devices syncing with the shared account.
You can still share the same ID for iTunes; it doesn't have to be the same as the one used for iCloud.

I use AOL for my work account, I can open an email on my iPad, my iPod Touch, my iMac, another iMac in the office and there are no issues at all. However, my AOL account is IMAP. I read email on the iPad, turn around and read and print from the iMac and someone else is accessing the email at the same time.
We access the same emails all the time as we have one generic email address that we both use. We like to multitask with AOL.

What isn't obvious is that you can use different Apple IDs for different functions on your iPhone; for example iCloud, iTunes & App Stores, Game Center, iMessage and FaceTime can all have different Apple IDs from each other.
If you use the same Apple ID for Find my iPhone then both phone's locations will show up at https://icloud.com/find. Which can be good or bad, depending on your situation.
If you use the same Apple ID for iTunes & App Stores you can have the same apps and music on both phones; some or all of them.
You probably want different Apple IDs for iMessage and FaceTime; otherwise, you will get each other's messages
Also different for Game Center.

When we each set up our iphones, on setting in siri setting and mail, contacts, calendars setting we each put contact for our info... Well the problem is that if I change mine to my info it changes it to his, and same if he changes it to his name on his iphone it changes 'my info' on my iPhone's setting.... so when using siri or mail... we cant identify each phone.... So can we still use same apple id and have separate "my info" settings.....

Settings > iCloud > Shut off anything you don't want shared
Long term solution (actual solution)
You need seperate Apple IDs for iCloud. iTunes and iCloud are not the same.
Create a new Apple ID > https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/
On one of the devices go Settings > iCloud > Delete Account > Sign in with the new Apple ID
This will seperate your Contacts, Calendars, Messages etc.
You both can continue to use the same Apple ID for iTunes and share apps and music

I own an iPhone 4s for personal use. Soon my company is going to give me a business phone and I can choose to have another iPhone. I'd love it but I don't know if what I wanna do is possible.
Let's say I will have iPhone P (personal) and iPhone B (business) and Apple ID MyID.
At the moment on iPhone P with account MyID I have application App1, App2, ... App9, I have contacts Cont1, Cont2, ...Cont9, I have songs Song1, Song2, ... Song9. All these are synced on my personal PC via iTunes and stored in the iCloud.
When I'll get iPhone B I'd love to be able to use on it my Apple ID MyID and to sync it with my business PC (so NOT the same one I use for iPhone P).
The configuration I'd love to have would be the following.
iPhone P
- Applications: App1, App2, App3, App8, App9
- Contacts: Cont1, Cont2, ... Cont9
- Songs: Song1, Song2, ... Song9
iPhone B
- Applications: App4, App5,App6, App7, App8, App9, App10 etc.
- Contacts: Cont1, Cont2, Cont10, Cont11, ..., Cont20
- Songs: Song1, Song2, Song10, Song11, ... Song20
So will it be possible using the same Apple ID MyID on both iPhones to have this configuration? Some apps, contacts and songs in common and some differents?

If you use the same Apple ID for iCloud on each device, yes. However, you can use the same Apple ID for iTunes content on each device, but different Apple ID's for iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, etc., on each device. That way, you can have whatever iTunes content you want on each phone, but keep all of the other data separate. You can create another Apple ID here:

You certainly can use the same ID for multiple devices. In fact, if you do then you can share the apps and content between devices. I have an iPad and iPod and use the same Apple ID for them both.
If I were using different ID's for each device then I'd need to buy two copies of some apps, which would just be no fun at all.

You could and should set up different iCloud accounts in "Settings > iCloud", so that every user has its own email account, calendars, reminders, notes, storage for backups and app data (files etc.), by the way everyone could also use his own account for iMessage (Settings > Messages > Send & Receive) and FaceTime (Settings > FaceTime) so that you all could write and call each other.
Next the Apple ID for music, apps and other media: You all could just set up the ssame Apple ID in "Settings > iTunes & App Stores" for all your media purchases like songs, movies, apps etc.

I am from Greece and I use my Apple-ID account to download iPhone Apps from the Greek App Store. However I live in Germany and some iPhone applications I want are available only through the German App Store. When I try to download one of them I got the message that my acount cannot be used with the German App Store. Nothing will happen to your existing purchases. Your computer will remain authorized - you can authorize a single computer to up to five iTunes Store accounts - and the apps and content will remain in place.

As long as you're in the relevant country, yes. Again, the terms of use say that you agree not to even attempt to use an iTunes Store from outside of its country.

I would like to work on the site from two macs. I thought I could just use the same Domain.sites2 on both macs but: if I move Domain.sites2 to dropbox folder, when I launch iWeb it does not know about it and creates a new empty Domain.sites2 in the Library/iWeb folder
I do not want to have to manually make a copy of Domain.sites2 to Dropbox and then to the other mac's Library every time I switch computer.
