How can i view a web published Vi from my iphone 4.0???
Hello,
I am able to see the web published VI from any computer using firefox or IE, but when i open safari on my iphone and enter the IP i get a little image with a question mark
does anyone knows how to solve this problem???

but i was looking for a simpler solution!! it is just frustrating to see how people with android are able to monitor the VI by just enter the server IP address and name of the HTML with their phones and I can't with my iphone or ipad using safari

You cannot view then in iCloud.
Photos in iloud are only there for 30 days then they are deleted.
You need to regularly sync photos from iPhone/iCloud to your computer.
Sync them from iCloud to your laptop wiht iPhoto for Mac or -> iCloud Control Panel for Windows. -

if the music was downloaded via iTunes you will be able to access it from iCloud when you set up the new device. other music that was synced to the iPhone would need to be synced to the new iPhone from the computer that you used to sync the iPhone 4.
photos can be transferred via the following method.
plug iPhone 4 into iTunes on computer. select back up to computer.
Plug in the iPhone 6 and press restore. when setting up the iPhone press restore from iTunes. plug into computer and a complete copy of the iPhone 4 will be put onto the iPhone 6. except for the music...(you will have to download your apps again from App Store but you can find them all under the purchased tab on App Store. you won't have to pay for the apps again)
please note this will delete the current memory on iPhone 6 -

You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
